摘要: A sample carrier includes a bottom, at least one side wall, and a contact face for receiving a sample. The side wall extends upward relative to the bottom. A circumferential rim is provided on the contact face. The sample carrier can be used in a sample handling system which includes a counterpart support element and a sample storage for receiving the sample carrier. Multiple sample storages are combined to sample storage rails with can be arranged on a sample storage shelf. The sample carrier can be part of a system for performing thermomechanical analysis, including the sample handling system while the samples, arranged in the sample carriers, are stored in the sample storages of the sample storage rails arranged in the sample storage shelves from where they are transported to the sample support with the help of the counterpart support element.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to a method and a device for carrying out chemical, biochemical and/or immunochemical analyses of liquid samples, which are present in a sample store of an automatic analyzer, with the aid of liquid reagents, which are present in at least one reagent store of the analyzer. In one embodiment, a analyzer is disclosed including cuvettes for holding the liquid samples and reagents, the cuvettes are arranged in at least one stationary, linear cuvette array. The analyzer further has an optical measurement unit with a stationary light-supplying unit which has at least one light distributor device that feeds the light from a plurality of LED light sources emitting in a spectrally different manner in the UV/VIS/NIR wavelength range into the inlet windows of the individual cuvettes of the cuvette array. The optical measurement unit further includes a stationary detection unit assigned to outlet windows of the cuvettes and further includes a plurality of photodiodes.

摘要: Provided herein are systems, devices and methods for retaining chromatographic minicolumns in a holding fixture. A retaining apparatus may be provided with a pair of laterally spaced apart upright supports and a horizontal beam spanning between the upright supports to hold them in the laterally spaced apart relationship. The apparatus may be configured to contact a holder plate only along peripheral edges of the holder plate. The apparatus may be configured to slide along the holder plate after the minicolumns have been inserted therein, thereby retaining the minicolumns in the holder plate but allowing access to the minicolumns through vertical holes in the horizontal beam.

摘要: To provide a technique that suppresses the degradation of analysis accuracy and the contamination of an analyzer caused by an abnormality in a stirring device. An automatic analyzer of the present disclosure includes a stirring device having a rod-shaped member that stirs a stirred solution and a power source that applies power to the rod-shaped member, a sensor that detects vibrations of the stirring device, and a processor that determines a state of the stirring device based on a detection signal of the vibrations from the sensor. The processor calculates a feature value of the vibrations based on the detection signal of the vibrations, and the processor determines that the rod-shaped member bends when the feature value of the vibrations is a first predetermined value or more.
