    摘要: Provided herein are systems, devices and methods for retaining chromatographic minicolumns in a holding fixture. A retaining apparatus may be provided with a pair of laterally spaced apart upright supports and a horizontal beam spanning between the upright supports to hold them in the laterally spaced apart relationship. The apparatus may be configured to contact a holder plate only along peripheral edges of the holder plate. The apparatus may be configured to slide along the holder plate after the minicolumns have been inserted therein, thereby retaining the minicolumns in the holder plate but allowing access to the minicolumns through vertical holes in the horizontal beam.

    摘要: To provide a technique that suppresses the degradation of analysis accuracy and the contamination of an analyzer caused by an abnormality in a stirring device. An automatic analyzer of the present disclosure includes a stirring device having a rod-shaped member that stirs a stirred solution and a power source that applies power to the rod-shaped member, a sensor that detects vibrations of the stirring device, and a processor that determines a state of the stirring device based on a detection signal of the vibrations from the sensor. The processor calculates a feature value of the vibrations based on the detection signal of the vibrations, and the processor determines that the rod-shaped member bends when the feature value of the vibrations is a first predetermined value or more.
