Abstract: A slave device is to be connected to a host device through at least one of a first interface and a second interface. The slave device includes a first terminal group used for the first interface, a second terminal group used for the second interface and a signal input and output part. The first terminal group and the second terminal group are provided at positions identical to terminal groups of another slave device to be connected through a third interface different from the second interface. The signal input and output part supplies a signal to a predetermined terminal in the first terminal group within a predetermined period from supply of power to the slave device, the signal notifying the host device whether the second terminal group is compliant with the second interface.

Abstract: An imaging device includes a pixel. The pixel includes: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; a photoelectric conversion layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, the photoelectric conversion layer converting light into signal charge; and a charge accumulation region coupled to the second electrode, the charge accumulation region accumulating the signal charge. The pixel captures first data in a first exposure period and captures second data in a second exposure period different from the first exposure period, the first exposure period and the second exposure period being included in a frame period. A length of the first exposure period is different from a length of the second exposure period. The imaging device generates multiple-exposure image data including at least the first data and the second data.

Abstract: An imaging apparatus that is mounted on a vehicle that runs on a road surface includes: a light source that emits illumination light which is infrared light; a solid-state imaging device that images a subject and outputs an imaging signal indicating a light exposure amount; and a computator that computes subject information regarding the subject by using the imaging signal. The solid-state imaging device includes: first pixels that image the subject by receiving reflected light that is the illumination light reflected off the subject; and second pixels that image the subject by receiving visible light. Information indicated by an imaging signal outputted from the first pixels is information regarding a slope of the road surface, and information indicated by an imaging signal outputted from the second pixels is information regarding an appearance of the road surface.
