Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a method of manufacturing a conductive substrate, the method including: a first electrode applying operation of applying first electrodes on a substrate; a first electrode forming operation of forming the first electrodes of fine lines by partly removing the first electrodes; and a second electrode forming operation of forming second electrodes on the substrate from which the first electrodes are removed, thereby enhancing reliability in a whole product including the conductive substrate.
Abstract:
There is provided an acoustic transducer including: a substrate formed to have a hollow part through which acoustic waves are input; a diaphragm formed on the substrate and covering the hollow part; and a back plate disposed so as to cover at least a portion of the diaphragm, wherein a ring-shaped groove extended along an edge of the diaphragm is formed in the substrate.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a piezoelectric device of a multi-layered structure on which first electrodes and second electrodes are sequentially stacked on a piezoelectric polymer and single surfaces or both surfaces of piezoelectric polymer. In accordance with the present invention, the vibration response characteristics of the piezoelectric polymer can be improved by using the graphene or the composite thereof as a surface electrode material to the piezoelectric polymer; and, there are effects that the response characteristics of the piezoelectric device are excellent and the reliability thereof is excellent by forming a second electrode having an excellent conductivity and a protection electrode thereof.
Abstract:
There is provided a film-type haptic device including: a plate shaped base plate; at least one spacer provided on an edge of an upper surface of the base plate; an actuator including a film shaped polymer layer positioned on the spacer and supported by the spacer and first and second electrodes provided so as to closely and entirely cover both surfaces of the polymer layer, respectively; and an elastic plate adhered to an upper surface of the actuator. The film-type haptic device according to the present disclosure may significantly decrease consumption power consumed in vibration and allow a user to more accurately feel haptic sensation for touch input.
