    Abstract: A steeply-inclined ultra-thick coal seam gas control method based on a binary composite liquid. The method includes taking a clean fracturing fluid system and a microemulsion as a binary composite liquid. The method includes injecting the binary composite liquid into a coal mass by means of a main hydraulic fracturing and permeability improvement method of hydraulic fracturing and water jet slotting to form a coal mass gas extraction system of binary composite liquid fracturing and permeability improvement. The method includes investigating and analyzing a gas control effect of the steeply-inclined ultra-thick coal seam according to change characteristics and analysis of gas extraction flow rate, change characteristics and analysis of permeability coefficient of coal seam, change characteristics and analysis of gas natural desorption speed of coal mass, change characteristics and analysis of gas concentration of return air flow of working face and theoretical analysis of drilling cuttings index.

    Abstract: Provided are a drill-power-based directional hydraulic fracturing system for downhole quick slotting and a method thereof. The directional hydraulic fracturing system includes a water injection pump, a high pressure rubber pipe arranged on the water injection pump is in communication with a drill, a dedicated sealing drill rod for hydraulic fracturing is arranged on the drill, a front segment of the drill rod may be connected with a directional borehole sealer through threads and a sealing ring is provided at the threaded connection. The main steps include drilling, slotting, borehole sealing and fracturing. Firstly, a drill-cut integrated tool is installed at a front end of the drill rod. After drilling is completed, hydraulic slotting, permeability improvement and pressure relief are performed without changing a drill bit. After slotting is completed, the drill bit is retreated, and the directional borehole sealer is installed and pushed to a predetermined position for efficiency sealing. After sealing is completed, high pressure water injection fracturing is performed to increase fissure density and scope with “high pressure penetration” as main. Thus, water injection for the coal seam with high ground pressure and low porosity is realized. In this way, coal bumps are effectively prevented, the powder dust concentration is reduced and the disasters such as gas and fire are prevented.

    Abstract: A pulsation-free wet spraying machine resolves the issue of pulsing during pumping of a concrete spraying machine. The wet spraying machine includes a frame, a pumping mechanism, a swing mechanism and a hydraulic system, wherein the pumping mechanism includes a hopper, a material chamber, a concrete feeding mechanism, an auxiliary feeding mechanism and a distribution valve, the hopper is disposed above the material chamber, the concrete feeding mechanism and the auxiliary feeding mechanism each include a hydraulic cylinder, a concrete piston and a concrete cylinder, the concrete cylinder of the concrete feeding mechanism and an auxiliary concrete cylinder of the auxiliary feeding mechanism are both connected with the material chamber, a discharge port is disposed on the material chamber, sealing between the distribution valve and the discharge port is provided by a sealing ring, the distribution valve is disposed inside the material chamber, a front friction plate and a rear friction plate are further disposed inside the material chamber, the swing mechanism includes a swing hydraulic cylinder, a mandrel, a swing arm and a swing hydraulic cylinder base, and the mandrel drives the distribution valve to swing. In addition, The pulsation-free wet spraying machine stably feeds a material, has a compact structure, and is wear-resistant.
