Abstract: A steeply-inclined ultra-thick coal seam gas control method based on a binary composite liquid. The method includes taking a clean fracturing fluid system and a microemulsion as a binary composite liquid. The method includes injecting the binary composite liquid into a coal mass by means of a main hydraulic fracturing and permeability improvement method of hydraulic fracturing and water jet slotting to form a coal mass gas extraction system of binary composite liquid fracturing and permeability improvement. The method includes investigating and analyzing a gas control effect of the steeply-inclined ultra-thick coal seam according to change characteristics and analysis of gas extraction flow rate, change characteristics and analysis of permeability coefficient of coal seam, change characteristics and analysis of gas natural desorption speed of coal mass, change characteristics and analysis of gas concentration of return air flow of working face and theoretical analysis of drilling cuttings index.

Abstract: Provided are a drill-power-based directional hydraulic fracturing system for downhole quick slotting and a method thereof. The directional hydraulic fracturing system includes a water injection pump, a high pressure rubber pipe arranged on the water injection pump is in communication with a drill, a dedicated sealing drill rod for hydraulic fracturing is arranged on the drill, a front segment of the drill rod may be connected with a directional borehole sealer through threads and a sealing ring is provided at the threaded connection. The main steps include drilling, slotting, borehole sealing and fracturing. Firstly, a drill-cut integrated tool is installed at a front end of the drill rod. After drilling is completed, hydraulic slotting, permeability improvement and pressure relief are performed without changing a drill bit. After slotting is completed, the drill bit is retreated, and the directional borehole sealer is installed and pushed to a predetermined position for efficiency sealing. After sealing is completed, high pressure water injection fracturing is performed to increase fissure density and scope with “high pressure penetration” as main. Thus, water injection for the coal seam with high ground pressure and low porosity is realized. In this way, coal bumps are effectively prevented, the powder dust concentration is reduced and the disasters such as gas and fire are prevented.

Abstract: A full-length screen pipe hole protection device and method with pressurized hole packing in a soft coal seam relates to the field of gas drainage technologies. The device includes a grouting system, a drainage system and a hole fixing system. The grouting system injects a pressurized sealing material into a borehole through a pressure pump to increase a sealing effect of the borehole. The drainage system drains gas in the middle of air holes on metal baffle plates and hole fixing screen pipes through a drainage pipe to increase flowability of gas. The hole fixing system is inside the borehole and fixed with the metal baffle plates, and the hole fixing screen pipes are fixedly connected with each other through fitting mouths and fitting buckles. The device is fixedly mounted in the gas drainage borehole. After hole packing, the drainage pipe is connected with a drainage pump to drain gas.

Abstract: A deep low-permeability high gassy seam drilling-slitting-sealing-fracturing drilling device includes a drilling control system, a high-pressure water power system, a water pressure grading control system and a fracturing and sealing control system. The drilling control system adjusts a drilling direction a water supply pressure of the drill rod, the high-pressure water power system supplies high-pressure water with different pressures to the device, and the water pressure grading control system ensures that a water pressure for flushing drill cuttings is less than 5 MPa, a water pressure for slitting in a direction perpendicular to a length of the drill rod is 25-35 MPa, a water pressure for sealing with a borehole sealing capsule is 35-40 MPa, and a water pressure for further pressure relief and permeability increasing of a coal seam is 40-50 MPa. The fracturing and sealing control system controls borehole sealing and hydrofracturing operations.
