摘要: A panel-carrying-out apparatus used for conveying panels ejected from a press machine includes: a semicircular sorting conveyor adapted to be driven switchably in a normal direction or a reverse direction; and a pair of straight conveyors respectively disposed at ends of the sorting conveyor. Each of the panels from the press machine is mounted on the center position of the sorting conveyor in terms of a conveying path. Specifically, an arced conveyor included in the sorting conveyor, on which each of the panels is initially mounted, is adapted to be driven switchably in the normal direction or the reverse direction.

摘要: With an advancing motion, finger plates together with stationary transfer bars are moved to positions where uprights are not in the way, and finally the finger plates disengaged from the stationary transfer bars are held by plate holding members to be discharged to an area where preparatory work is conducted externally of a transfer feeder, together with movable transfer bars. Accordingly, inherent motions of the transfer feeder are made use of to shunt the finger plates, and as compared with the case where the finger plates are disengaged from the stationary transfer bars at standstill to shunt, cylinders for movement and guide rails are dispensed with to enable attaining light weight and the transfer feeder is enhanced in operating rate.

摘要: An unstacking feeder capable of unstacking sheet materials efficiently from a sheet stack has a sheet stack transfer device (3) for transferring a sheet stack, which consists of a plurality of stacked sheet materials (1a), along a circulating transport configuration extending across a predetermined unstacking position (A). In order to separate individual sheet materials from a sheet stack in order, a floater (6) is selected and supplied automatically in accordance with the configuration of the sheet materials by a floater supply mechanism (5, 7, 7d). Each unstacked sheet material is transferred to equipment in the subsequent stage, such as a transfer feeder by sheet material transporting arrangements (11, 19). During this period, each sheet material (1a) separated by the floater (6) is transferred onto a sheet material transporting arrangement by a sheet material transfer device (9).

摘要: The present invention is concerned with a finger tilting apparatus for a transfer feeder which is preferably employable for a transfer press or the like industrial machine so as to allow a finger to be tilted relative to a feed bar. The apparatus includes an angle defining element for defining an angle of rotation of the shaft portion of a finger and an angle stopping element for stopping rotation of the shaft portion of the finger at a rotation angle different from the rotation angle defined by the angle defining element so that the finger is tilted via plural steps.

摘要: In sorting workpieces by using a panel sorting device, a lateral movement amount of a cross shuttle is approximately half of a width W of the workpiece, which is remarkably smaller than that in a conventional device. Therefore, the workpieces can be efficiently transferred to the panel chute in a short cycle time, thereby improving the productivity of a press line. Further, since the workpieces are transferred to two lateral places adjacent to each other on the panel chute and the laterally adjacent workpieces are not unnecessarily separated from each other, the size of the panel chute can be reduced. This, along with the small movement amount of the cross shuttle, enables the whole panel sorting device to be reduced in size and the installation space for the panel sorting device to be also reduced.

摘要: A three-dimensional driving system for a transfer feeder of a transfer press for feeding a work into successive processing stations which is surrounded by a plurality of uprights comprises a feed mechanism linked to a pair of transfer bars arranged parallel to a work feed direction for gripping and transferring the work and a feed mechanism driver linked to the feed mechanism to drive it. The three-dimensional driving system further comprises, a lift mechanism which is provided on a bed surrounded by the uprights and causes the transfer bars to ascend and descend, a clamp mechanism which is linked to the lift mechanism and causes the transfer bars to grip and release the work, a clamp and lift box accommodating the lift mechanism and the clamp mechanism, a lift mechanism driver linked to the lift mechanism to drive it, and a clamp mechanism driver linked to the clamp mechanism to drive it. The lift mechanism driver and the clamp mechanism driver have their own drive shafts and servomotors connected to the lift mechanism and the clamp mechanism, respectively, and are disposed separately from each other in opposite terminal portions of the clamp and lift box.
