A cylindrical attachment portion of a flywheel has an outer diameter corresponding to an inner diameter of a rotor shaft hole of the electric drive source, and the cylindrical attachment portion of the flywheel is inserted into the rotor shaft hole to contact with a lower end surface of the crankshaft. The fly wheel may be fastened to the crankshaft via a fastening bolt.

    摘要: A reciprocating compressor of un-lubricating type, equipped with a cooling device including a cooling fan beneath a motor and provided with four gas compressors, each having a cylinder and a piston. The pistons of each gas compressor cooperate by converting a rotating motion of a crankpin of a crankshaft provided on an electric drive source via two yokes having a phase difference of 90 degrees therebetween to a reciprocating motion by a scotch yoke mechanism. The flows of compressed gases from each gas compressor are joined to one place by connecting tubes to be discharged. The lengths of each connecting tube are selected such that pressure waves of the compressed gases compete with each other at the joining point for a time period encompassing one rotation of the crankpin, whereby a pulsation resulting from gas flow discharged in concentration is decreased.

    摘要: A plurality of gas compression means including a cylinder and a piston in which the piston is cooperated with a compressor by conversion of the rotating motion of a crankshaft provided on a driving source to a reciprocating motion using a scotch yoke mechanism. An expansion muffler is attached to an outlet port of at least one of the gas compression means. Four gas compression means are disposed in opposite one another in a cross shape. Gases compressed by three of the gas compression means are discharged into a cylinder head of the other gas compression means by a connecting tube, and are joined with the flow of gas compressed by the other gas compression means, to be discharged in concentration from the cylinder head of the other gas compression means. The expansion muffler is attached to the outlet port of the cylinder head of the other gas compression means.

    摘要: There is provided a multistage high pressure compressor in which a rotor is supported with respect to a rotating shaft of an electric motor and which can suppress a torque fluctuation of the electric motor and achieve a stable operation of the electric motor. A fly wheel is attached to a lower end of the rotating shaft of the electric motor, and the fly wheel supports the rotor of the electric motor with respect to the rotating shaft. The fly wheel is connected to the lower end of the rotating shaft of the electric motor by a bolt, and an extension of a detent key between the rotating shaft of the electric motor and the rotor of the electric motor is inserted into the fly wheel. Moreover, there is provided a multistage high pressure compressor achieving improved sealing between a cylinder and members surrounding the periphery thereof, which is capable of realizing a simplified processing of the cylinder and an easy assembly process. Seal spaces in which seal rings are compressed between the cylinder and the members surrounding thereof are provided at the outer peripheries at the both ends of the cylinder.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to promote oil separation in a sealed container, thereby decreasing the amount of oil discharged to the outside of a compressor. The compressor comprises discharge hole provided at position facing the end surface of a rotor and through which a compressed refrigerant from first and second rotary compression elements is discharged into the sealed container; and a refrigerant flow path which is extended from a space surrounded with a coil end of a stator projecting from the end surface of the rotor to a rotary compression mechanism side to a space of an air gap between the rotor and the stator, to guide the compressed refrigerant discharged through the discharge hole to an electromotive element opposite to the rotary compression mechanism side. The outlet of this refrigerant flow path opposite to the rotary compression mechanism side faces the inner wall surface of the sealed container, and the volume of a space between the inner wall surface of the sealed container and the electromotive element is 1.5 times or more and 15 times or less that of a space between the rotary compression element and the electromotive element.
