    摘要: An endoscope includes an elongated insertion section which has a distal end portion and is inserted into a body cavity. The insertion section has a rigid portion body on the distal end portion. The rigid portion body has at least one mounting hole in which each of optical members of an observation optical system and an illumination optical system is mounted. A binding portion which mechanically restricts the optical member with respect to the rigid portion body is provided on at least a part of the boundary between the mounting hole and the optical member mounted in the mounting hole.

    摘要: A connection base portion of a stripping solution unit storing a stripping solution is connected to an insertion opening of a channel in an insertion portion of an endoscope. A distal end portion of the insertion portion formed with a distal end opening of the channel is attached, with a sealing film, to an opening in a top cover of a bacteria collection container with a filter inside to be sealed from outside. By suction operation of a syringe at a bottom of the bacteria collection container, the stripping solution is sucked into the insertion opening, flows out from the distal end opening through the channel, and is filtered through the filter. A medium is supplied to the filter for cultivation. A result of the cultivation is observed, and an evaluation result as to cleanliness is obtained from presence or absence of bacteria.

    摘要: In a bendable tube of an endoscope, a plurality of joint rings each having a rotational axis perpendicular to a direction of bending of an insertion section of the endoscope are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the insertion section. A pair of connection tongue portions provided to project in a longitudinal direction of the joint rings are rotatably connected by means of a shaft member. An end face of a small-diameter portion of the shaft member, which comprises the small-diameter portion and a large-diameter portion, is welded to one of the tongue portions through a rotary shaft hole, which is formed in the other tongue portion and has a diameter slightly greater than a diameter of the small-diameter portion.

    摘要: An endoscopic lithotripsy probe apparatus includes a probe, ultrasonic-vibration source, mechanical shock generation source, and switch-mechanism. The ultrasonic-vibration source is detachably attached to the probe to transmit an ultrasonic-vibration to the probe in a state in which the proximal end of the probe is connected to the ultrasonic-vibration source. The mechanical shock generation source, which is disposed on the side of the proximal end of the probe, applies a force to the ultrasonic-vibration source in a state in which the ultrasonic-vibration source is detached from the proximal end of the probe, and allows the ultrasonic-vibration source to collide with the proximal end of the probe so that a mechanical shock is applied to the probe. The switch-mechanism switches a state in which the ultrasonic-vibration from the ultrasonic-vibration source is transmitted to the probe and a state in which the mechanical shock from the mechanical shock generation source is transmitted.
