摘要: A method for operating an agitating device and a digester, wherein the digester is filled with a substrate and an agitating device is in the digester. These steps are performed: a) A target load curve is lodged in the control device; b) the control device prescribes a target rotation speed; c) the control device operates the agitating device at an actual speed corresponding to a target speed; d) the control device captures an actual agitating device torque measurement value at the actual speed of rotation; e) the control device derives from the actual measurement value an actual characteristic value of the agitating device applied torque; f) the control device compares the derived actual characteristic value against the target characteristic value of the substrate resulting from the target load curve at the prescribed target speed; and g) the control device controls the agitating device in dependence on the result of comparison.

摘要: Agitating device (10) for a digester (1) of a biogas plant (100) having a housing (11) and a driving device (12) for rotatably driving the agitator blades (13-15). The driving device (12) comprises a drive shaft (16) and an electric drive motor (20) wherein the drive motor (20) is accommodated sealed in the housing (11). The drive motor (20) comprises an outer, hollow stator (21) and a rotary rotor (22) which is centrally accommodated therein and is configured at least partially hollow. The rotor (22) is rotatably supported at the housing (11) and comprises a coupling device (23) for non-rotatable coupling with the drive shaft (16) to drive the at least one agitator blade (13-15) by means of the drive shaft (16).

The following process steps are carried out. a) A target load curve (60) is lodged in the control device (50) b) the control device (50) prescribes a target speed of rotation (61) c) the control device (50) operates the agitating device (10) at an actual speed of rotation (71) corresponding to the prescribed target speed of rotation (61); d) the control device captures an actual measurement value (81) which is characteristic of the torque of the agitating device (10) at the actual speed of rotation (71); e) the control device (50) derives from the actual measurement value (81) an actual characteristic value (91) of the applied torque of the agitating device (10); f) the control device (50) compares the derived actual characteristic value (73) against the target characteristic value (63) of the substrate (7) resulting from the target load curve (60) at the prescribed target speed of rotation (61); g) the control device (50) controls the agitating device (10) in dependence on the result of comparison.

摘要: Height adjusting device (1) for adjusting the height of an agitating device (2) in a digester (101) of a biogas plant (100), biogas plant (100) comprising a digester (101), a support unit (10), a displacement member (6), an agitating device (2), and a height adjusting device, and method for operating an agitating device (2). The height adjusting device comprises a housing unit (4), a drum device (5) rotatably accommodated on the housing unit (4), and a displacement member (6). The displacement member (6) is in functional connection with the drum device (5) and the agitating device (2) and the displacement member (6), depending on the direction of rotation of the drum device (5), can be wound onto the drum device (5) or unwound from the drum device (5) in sections, so that the agitating device (2) can be displaced upwardly or downwardly. Furthermore a fixing device (7) is provided which is suitable and configured to fix the drum device (5) at least temporarily to prevent the displacement member (6) from unwinding if the displacement member (6) is not retained tautly between the drum device (5) and the agitating device (2).

摘要: Digester of a biogas plant including a digester wall and a digester interior and a digester roof inclined to the horizontal and flexible in design and including an agitator device for stirring a substrate in the digester interior. The agitator device comprises a guiding unit, a support unit, and an adjustable agitating unit accommodated at the guiding unit. The support unit is fastened to the digester wall for supporting the guiding unit. The agitating unit is provided to be height-adjustable and an adjustment device is provided for displacing the agitating unit. The top end of the guiding unit extends up to and beyond a top end of the digester wall and terminates beneath the digester roof within the digester interior.
