摘要: Methods and systems infuse therapeutic materials into a vascular vessel by means of a catheter based infusion system. In especially preferred forms, the infusate (which comprises a therapeutic material) is infused through a distal end of the catheter and into the vascular vessel by delivering the infusate to the catheter at a substantially constant flow rate while simultaneously imparting a pressure amplitude and frequency to the infusate in dependence upon a sensed pressure condition within the vessel. Preferably, and the pressure amplitude imparted to the constant flow rate of infusate is about twice the vessel systolic pressure. The present invention is therefore especially well suited for the catheter-based infusion of relatively large particles, such as cellular, genetic, viral, polymeric or proteinaceous materials, intravascularly in dependence upon the pressure and flow characteristics of the infusate.

摘要: A control module includes a control unit that is configured to control an electrically adjustable item of furniture, and a switched mode power supply that is configured to supply the control unit. The control unit and power supply are integrated into a common housing. The switched mode power supply is configured to be switched to an idle operating state depending on a ready signal. The switched mode power supply includes, in a second stage, a switched mode regulator component, the supply voltage of which is made available in the idle operating state by a starting circuit in a clocked manner. The starting circuit has an energy store and a resistive element. The energy store and the resistive element are dimensioned so that, in the idle operating state, an interval for charging the energy is longer than an interval for discharging the energy store by the switched mode regulator component.

摘要: The invention relates to a mains plug component with a housing and a mains switch component arranged in the housing comprising a first stage for rectifying a mains AC voltage and a second stage for generating a DC voltage from the rectified mains AC voltage. The first stage comprises an electromechanical switch, by means of which a first or second voltage range may be selected. The housing has a section for a pin of an inserted plug piece such that, on insertion, the switch is activated by the inserted pin. The plug piece for insertion has no pin for the first voltage range and a pin for the second voltage range.

摘要: A display device for a motor vehicle. In order to allow a compact, space-saving and cost-effective design and a rotation of the display with little change in position, the display device includes a display housing for mounting on a vehicle dashboard; and a display frame for accommodating a display. The display is rotatable with respect to the display housing. The display device further includes a driven element affixed on the display housing; and a drive device affixed on the display frame, having an electric motor, a worm gear and a gear-output shaft for engaging with the driven element. The electric motor arranged in a center region of the display frame and the engagement of the gear-output shaft with the driven element occurs outside the axis of rotation.

摘要: Water-dilutable coating binder combinations which can be deposited cathodically, and based on epoxy resin-amine adducts, acrylate copolymers and crosslinking components are described. The binders are particularly suitable for formulation of water-dilutable primers and one-coat paints when deposited cathodically are described. In 3 to 30% by weight, based on the solids, of a basic epoxy resin-amine adduct (A) which is free from epoxide groups, 70 to 97% by weight of a monomer mixture (B), which consists of esters of (meth)acrylic acid which contain secondary or tertiary amino groups, of monoesters of (meth)acrylic acid with diols, of (meth)acrylic acid alkyl esters and if appropriate of aromatic vinyl monomers, is polymerized. Components (A) and (B) comprise at least 5% by weight, preferably 10 to 20% by weight, of identical aliphatic radicals having 7 to 18 carbon atoms. The baked films based on these products have a high degree of gloss and an excellent UV, washing agent, and corrosion resistance.

摘要: A controller for electrically adjustable furniture includes a main-voltage area and a low-voltage area that are electrically isolated from one another. A rectifying power supply unit, which is located in the main-voltage area, serves to generate a rectified voltage available at power supply terminals from an alternating main voltage. The rectified voltage present at the power supply terminals can be delivered to a first motor terminal located in the main-voltage area depending on a first control signal. The controller furthermore includes a first control unit that is located in the main-voltage area and which incorporates an operating terminal and a first control output for the supply of a first control signal. An operating unit located in the low-voltage area is connected via an electrically isolating coupling to the operating terminal.

摘要: A speech recognition system for processing voice inputs from a user to select a list element from a list or group of list elements. Recognition procedures are carried out on the voice input of the user. One recognition procedure separates the voice input of a whole word into at least one sequence of speech subunits to produce a vocabulary of list elements. Another recognition procedure compares the voice input of the whole word with the vocabulary of list elements.
