Thereby, EPDM or AEM vulcanizable with a peroxide can be strongly bonded to metal, by forming a two-layered structure of the phenolic resin-based vulcanized adhesive F and the silicon compound-based vulcanized adhesive C. Further, a range of selecting a rubber material as an elastic member to be utilized by bonding to metal can be broadened.
