摘要: Hydrogen gas is circulated to cool an electric rotating machine main body, and brush seals are provided to contact a predetermined position on the outer circumferential surface of a rotating shaft. As a result, contact of a sealing oil and the hydrogen gas, contact of a lubricating oil and the sealing oil in the bearing, and leakage of the hydrogen gas outside the machine are prevented.

摘要: It is an object of this invention to provide a dynamo-electric machine rotor which effectively and uniformly cools a rotor coil outside a rotor core by forming a ventilating groove in the rotor coil, tolerates large field current, and has high reliability. There is provided a dynamo-electric machine rotor in which spaced core slots are formed in a cylindrical rotor core 30, rotor coils 10 of stacked turns are fitted into the core slots to form multiple nested rings around a magnetic pole of the rotor, ends of the rotor coils are fixed by an retaining ring, and a spacer 20 is arranged in each of circumferential gaps between the ends of the rotor coils, wherein each spacer 20 has a length not more than the lengths of linear portions 12 at the ends of corresponding ones of the rotor coils 10, a cut-out 22 for ventilation of coolant gas is formed across at least one of two sides of the spacer, and the spacer is in contact with the rotor coils at the two sides of the spacer at a position located furthest inside in the radial direction of the rotor and an arbitrary position.

摘要: A rotating electric machine is provided, where a generator has an increased capacity and a reduced size achieved by electromagnetically effectively utilizing that parts of a rotor core which are outside the narrowest parts of magnetic poles of the rotor core to permit large field current and suppress an increase in temperature of rotor coils. The rotating electric machine includes a stator constructed by winding armature coils around a stator core (1), and a hollow circular cylindrical rotor. The rotor has at least one pair of magnetic poles (2), non-polar portions (3) between the magnetic poles, and interpolar portions (6) arranged in the non-polar portions. In the non-polar portions (3), a plurality of rotor slots (4) are arranged at predetermined intervals. Field windings are wound in each rotor slot (4). The cross-sectional areas (S) of the rotor slots (4) other than the rotor slots (4a) nearest to the magnetic poles (2) are gradually increased in the direction from the magnetic poles (2) to the interpolar portions (6).

摘要: A rotary electric machine includes: a stator, a rotor and rotor fans contained in a closed type frame. The cooling gas is circulated in the frame by the rotor fans and warmed as a result of heat exchange with the stator and the rotor is cooled by a gas cooler. A heat pump is adapted to use cooling water or ambient air as high temperature heat source and liquid coolant as low temperature heat source. A liquid coolant circulation system for supplying liquid coolant to the heat exchange section of the gas cooler is provided. The liquid coolant is cooled by the heat pump and is supplied to the heat exchange section of the gas cooler by means of the coolant circulation system.
