The method includes sending, by the UE, MBS interest information to the RAN, the MBS interest information comprising a list of MBS services of interest.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus and systems for data radio bearer management are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a first wireless communication node, includes: transmitting a data radio bearer (DRB) setup request message to each of at least one second wireless communication node, wherein the DRB setup request message contains the identity of a plurality of DRBs and at least one of a Quality of Service (QoS) flow and a UE bearer mapped to each of the plurality of DRBs, respectively; receiving a DRB setup response from each of the at least one second wireless communication node, wherein each DRB setup response contains a first list of at least one of QoS flows and UE data bearers failed to be setup by a respective one of the at least one second wireless communication node and a second list of at least one of QoS flows and UE data bearers successfully setup by the respective one of the at least one second wireless communication node; based on each of the first and second lists, determining at least one DRB and at least one QoS flow mapped to the at least one DRB supported by each of the at least one second wireless communication node; and configuring each of the at least one second wireless communication node to support the at least one DRB and the at least one QoS flow/UE data bearer.

Abstract: Provided are a method for realizing device-to-device communication relay selection, a network control node and a user equipment. The method includes: a network control node receiving relay-related information sent by user equipment and determining a relay node; and the network control node sending device-to-device communication relay configuration information to the determined relay node. In the technical solution, by sending relay-related information in a network to perform selection or configuration of a relay node, a corresponding solution is provided for a scenario for which relay selection is not provided, and thereby the selection of the relay node is realized.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and system for implementing a local IP service through a relay node, through which a PDN connection between a local UE and a local gateway is established, and local IP service data are transmitted through the relay node between the UE and the local gateway. In the present disclosure, a local gateway is embedded into a relay node, or the local gateway is collocated with the relay node, or the local gateway is connected to the relay node via a wired connection, and a PDN connection between a local UE and the local gateway is established through the relay node. The present disclosure can support not only a local service or a proximity-based service between a relay node and a UE but also a local service or a proximity-based service between two or more UEs through a relay node, thus supporting extensive applications based on local IP data streams and reducing the load of a core network. In addition, spectral efficiency and throughput can also be improved by using a short distance wireless channel.
