Abstract: An information reporting method is disclosed. A User Equipment (UE) receives configuration information for a Device to Device (D2D) resource acquisition failure, the configuration information for the D2D resource acquisition failure being used for a D2D UE with a drive test capability to collect information on the D2D resource acquisition failure in case of the D2D resource acquisition failure, and send the information on the D2D resource acquisition failure. The method includes: a user equipment acquiring discovery signal resources allocated by an eNodeB (eNB) to the user equipment, wherein the discovery signal resources include time-frequency domain resources used for sending or monitoring a discovery signal; and when the user equipment performs a D2D discovery operation, sending or monitoring the discovery signal according to acquired discovery signal resources to perform D2D discovery.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods for receiving device discovery information and sending device discovery information, and UE. The method for receiving the device discovery information includes that: first UE receives device discovery information sent by second UE, wherein the device discovery information contains at least one piece of the following information: UE identification information and attribute information of the UE; and the first UE performs D2D discovery and/or D2D communication under the condition that the device discovery information is consistent with a preset condition. By the disclosure, the technical problem of difficulty in meeting a requirement on D2D communication diversity caused by containing of only an ID in the device discovery information in the related technology is effectively solved, and the technical effect of improving D2D communication effectiveness and flexibility is achieved.
