Abstract:
Provided are methods and devices for allocating and processing sub-frame resources. In the methods, under the condition that a Multicast Channel (MCH) Scheduling Period (MSP) exceeds a Common Sub-frame allocation Period (CSP), an allocation manner for allocating Multicast Broadcast over Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) sub-frame resources to each MCH and a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) in the MCH is determined; and the allocation manner is notified to User Equipment (UE). According to the technical solutions provided above, under the condition that the MSP exceeds the CSP, MBMS resource scheduling may be implemented, the UE may be ensured to correctly receive a required MBMS, and user experiences may be improved.
Abstract:
A method and device for managing vehicles in Internet of Vehicles (IOV) are provided. The method includes: acquiring, by a leading vehicle in the IOV, management authority from a network side equipment, the management authority is authority of the leading vehicle for managing a vehicle group to which the leading vehicle belongs, and the vehicle group includes a plurality of vehicles; managing, by the leading vehicle, the vehicle group to which the leading vehicle belongs according to the management authority. The present disclosure solves the problem in the related art that the network side equipment fails to allocate and release resources for vehicles in the IOV timely, thereby improving the efficiency in managing vehicles in the IOV.

Disclosed is a method for transmitting pseudolite system messages, the method including: pseudolite sends pseudolite node parameters of the pseudolite to which a positioning system messages broadcast channel belongs, and pseudolite node parameters of the pseudolite adjacent or nearby to the pseudolite to which the positioning system messages broadcast channel belongs, in the configured positioning system messages broadcast channel. A method for transmitting indication message of the positioning system messages broadcast channel is also disclosed in the present invention, the method including: a wireless access point sends an indication message of the positioning system messages broadcast channel of the pseudolite to a radio positioning terminal in its service area. According to the indication message of the positioning system messages broadcast channel, the radio positioning terminal accesses corresponding the positioning system messages broadcast channel, and surveys the positioning signal and/or positioning based on the node parameters obtained from the positioning system messages broadcast channel. A pseudolite positioning system and associated device are also disclosed in the present invention. By the present invention, it is possible to reduce the occupancy for the wireless access point in the pseudolite positioning.

A signal processing method, network equipment and a system are provided, wherein the method includes that: a first reference signal is generated by Inverse Fast Fourier Transform (IFFT) processing based on a frequency-domain density of the first reference signal and an energy value of the first reference signal on a time-frequency resource; a time-frequency resource location of a target channel is determined, wherein the target channel is configured to carry information of a Licensed Assisted Access (LAA) system; a Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) signal is generated based on the time-frequency resource location of the target channel and the first reference signal, the CCA signal is mapped to the target channel, and the CCA signal is sent to receiver network equipment through the target channel to enable the receiver network equipment to determine whether the target channel is configured for the LAA system according to the CCA signal.

Methods and devices for reporting and issuing a band extension capability are provided. A terminal side receives terminal capability query information from a network side, determines band interval lists to which each band supported by the terminal side belongs, and reports the supported bands through cells corresponding to the band interval lists to which each band belongs; and the network side determines band interval lists to which each band supported by the network side belongs when issuing a band capability supported by the network side, and issues the supported bands through cells corresponding to the band interval lists to which each band belongs. By the solutions of the disclosure, the bands belonging to different band interval lists can be reported and issued through different cells, and the problem of limitations to the number of the bands during the reporting and issuing of the bands is solved.
