Abstract:
Valve (3) for dispensing a product using a propellent gas, comprising a chamber (5) communicating with the product, in which chamber there is mounted a nozzle stem element (7) fitted with an ejection passageway (11a, 11b) placing the outside in communication with the chamber, the nozzle stem element being urged by a spring (13) towards a first position in which the passageway is closed; an additional gas intake orifice (14); a moving annular seal (15) arranged on the nozzle stem element and, in the position of rest, closing off the orifice and dividing the chamber into a first compartment (A) and a second compartment (B), the chamber and the nozzle stem element in a second position placing the orifice and the outside in communication for letting the gas out, the first and second compartments being separated, structure (C) for temporary communication being provided in the chamber, this structure being inoperative in the first and second positions and operative in a third position of the nozzle stem element to place the first and second compartments in communication.
Abstract:
A spraying device includes a cap and two barrels coupled to form a structure. Compressed air can be supplied from the rear end of the structure. A cup for containing paint materials is coupled to the front end of the structure. A nozzle is disposed in the cap for controlling a passage of the paint materials. A valve device is actuated by a knob to open an air passage of the structure. When the knob is pushed rearward, the valve device is opened so that the compressed air may flow out of the cap, and when the knob is further pushed rearward, the nozzle can be opened so that the paint materials can be sucked to flow out of the cap when the compressed air flows out of the cap.
Abstract:
A sequential valve having a housing and a valve means reciprocally mounted therein, said valve means being cooperable with three spaced-apart valve elements in said housing such that said valve means may be forced into open position sequentially with respect to said spaced valve elements in order that one fluid may flow around one of said valve elements after another fluid is shut off with respect to flow around another of said valve elements to thereby provide for purging of said valve at the end of each operating cycle thereof, and wherein one of said valve elements is operable to prevent the purging fluid from passing through the valve during a time when products such as paint, or the like, are being dispensed through the valve.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an alarm system, designed to send an alarm signal to a user equipped with a spraying device when the spraying distance is below a minimum value or above a maximum value, an alarm signal may also be sent when a perpendicularity flaw exists between a spraying axis of the device and a surface to be coated positioned across from the spraying device, the alarm system including means for measuring a spraying distance with a surface to be coated positioned across from the spraying device, wherein the alarm system may also include means for detecting a perpendicularity flaw between the spraying axis and the surface to be coated.
Abstract:
Provided is a cosmetics container. The cosmetics container (100) according to this embodiment includes a first container (120) configured to discharge a predetermined amount of cosmetics by a pressing motion, a second container (130) configured to discharge a predetermined amount of coolant by a pressing motion, a container (110) including the first container (120) and the second container (130) therein, a cooler (140), which includes a cooling pipe (141) connected to the first container (120) and allows the cosmetics to move therein and a cooling channel (143) formed to surround the cooling pipe (141) and connected to the second container (130) so that the coolant in the cooling channel (143) is evaporated while moving along an outer surface of the cooling pipe (141) to cool the cosmetics, and a pushing member (150) provided at one side of the container (110), wherein when the pushing member (150) is pressed to a predetermined depth (T), the coolant discharges from the second container (130) and moves to the cooling channel (143), and when the pushing member (150) is pressed over the predetermined depth (T), the cosmetics discharges from the first container (120) and moves to the cooling pipe (141), wherein the cooling pipe (141) and the cooling channel (143) extend on a plane perpendicular to a vertical direction of the container (110).
Abstract:
A dispensing head for emitting an atomized spray of liquid droplets includes an actuator and a nozzle insert. The actuator includes a gas duct and a liquid duct and may be attached to a container housing a propellant gas and a liquid product. The nozzle insert includes at least one modular structure that can be installed in an actuator socket on the actuator. The nozzle insert includes a pressure cap defining a pressure chamber having an exit orifice. A liquid conduit is disposed in the pressure chamber and defines a liquid supply channel having a liquid supply channel exit opening. The nozzle insert is configured to form a reflux cell in the liquid supply channel upstream of the liquid supply channel exit opening to achieve flow blurring interaction between the liquid product and the gas propellant.
