摘要: An apparatus includes a hydraulic circuit that is configured to selectively open fluid communication between one portion of the hydraulic circuit and another portion of the hydraulic circuit, such as a reservoir, based on the flow of the hydraulic fluid in the one portion. When the flow of hydraulic fluid exceeds a selected threshold in the one portion of the hydraulic circuit, the flow of fluid urges the opening of a hydraulic component of the hydraulic circuit to allow fluid communication between the one portion and the reservoir to discharge fluid from the one portion.

摘要: A control valve of hydraulic system for a working machine is provided, which includes a main body and a spool. The main body includes first, second, third, fourth and fifth ports, and first second, third, fourth and fifth inner fluid paths connected to the first, second, third, fourth and fifth ports, respectively. The spool is configured to move between a neutral position and a communicating position allowing fluid communication between the second inner fluid path and the fifth inner fluid path or between the first inner fluid path and the fifth inner fluid path. The spool includes a communicating hole configured to allow the fluid communication between the second port and the fourth port, or between the first port and the fourth port, when the spool is in a position between the communicating position and the neutral position.

摘要: A hydraulic system including a first cylinder conduit configured to couple to a cylinder, an auxiliary conduit configured to couple to a case drain conduit, and a pressure regulator coupled to the first cylinder conduit and to the auxiliary conduit. The pressure regulator may block fluid flow to the auxiliary conduit if a first fluid pressure is less than or equal to a threshold pressure and enable fluid flow if the first fluid pressure is greater than the threshold pressure. The hydraulic system further includes a supplemental conduit with a check valve that directs fluid from the auxiliary conduit to a reservoir. The check valve blocks fluid flow if a second fluid pressure is less than or equal to a third fluid pressure, and enables fluid flow if the second fluid pressure greater than the third fluid pressure.

摘要: An actuating drive for a regulation valve has a working cylinder with a piston and a piston rod, which piston rod forms an actuator. The piston delimits a first pressure chamber of the working cylinder. The first pressure chamber has a first pressure port for the introduction of a pressurized working medium for displacing the piston, by exertion of pressure, counter to the force of a spring. An external working medium circuit is connected to the working cylinder for introducing the working medium into or discharging the working medium from, the first pressure chamber. The working medium circuit has a working medium pump. The pump is connected to the first pressure port by a pressure line which is connected to a pressure side of the working medium pump. A check valve or shut-off valve which opens in the direction of the first pressure port is provided in the pressure line.

摘要: A working machine control system includes: a split-flow fluid pressure pump configured to discharge a working fluid from a first discharge port and a second discharge port; a communication switching valve configured to be switched by a switch signal when any one of a first operation valve and a second operation valve is switched so as to allow a first neutral passage and a second neutral passage to communicate with each other; a neutral cut valve configured to be switched by the switch signal so as to block communication between a tank and one of the first neutral passage and the second neutral passage for the first operation valve or the second operation valve that is not switched; and a discharge flow rate adjusting device configured to adjust the fluid pressure pump so as to reduce a discharge flow rate thereof when the switch signal is inputted from any one of the first operation valve and the second operation valve.

摘要: Provided is a work machine including: a variable-displacement pump 2; an actuator 5 driven by a hydraulic fluid delivered from the pump 2; a flow control valve 4 of an open-center type that controls a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid supplied to the actuator 5; a bleed-off line 8a connecting the actuator flow control valve 4 to a tank 6; a bleed-off flow control valve 8 disposed in the bleed-off line 8a; an operating device 3 that specifies operation of the actuator 5; a bleed-off control device 14 that controls a degree of opening of the bleed-off flow control valve 8 in accordance with an amount of manipulation of the operating device 3; and a pump control device 15 that controls, in accordance with the degree of opening of the bleed-off flow control valve 8, a pump flow rate by correcting a reference pump flow rate that is based on the amount of manipulation of the operating device 3. The work machine with this configuration can save energy while at the same time inhibiting an occurrence of a sense of strangeness or discomfort in particular operation.

摘要: A hydraulic drive system of a construction machine includes: a control valve configured such that an opening area of a center bypass passage gradually decreases in accordance with increase in an operation signal; an operation device that outputs the operation signal; a bleed-off line; and a bleed-off valve that includes a pilot port to which a secondary pressure from a solenoid proportional valve is led, the bleed-off valve being configured such that: a bypass passage is open until the operation signal exceeds a first setting value, and the bypass passage is closed when the operation signal exceeds the first setting value; and an unloading passage is opened when the operation signal exceeds a second setting value, and an opening area of the unloading passage gradually decreases until the operation signal that has exceeded the second setting value reaches a third setting value.

On the other hand, the controller restricts the capacity of the first pump compared to capacity in the single control, during a restriction control period when the combined operation of boom lowering and arm pushing is detected, and the operation amount of the boom operation member is a prescribed operation amount or more.

摘要: A control valve apparatus includes a second-working-actuator acceleration control valve connected to a first working control valve in parallel. The second-working-actuator acceleration control valve includes pilot chambers receiving a pilot pressure for switching first and second working control valves and a flow channel that guides a pressure fluid of a first pump port to an entrance port side of the second working control valve. The second-working-actuator acceleration control valve is switchable between a first priority position in which a pressure fluid is guided to the first working control valve with a higher priority than the second working control valve and a second priority position in which a pressure fluid is guided to the second working control valve with a higher priority than the first working control valve.
