When the flow of hydraulic fluid exceeds a selected threshold in the one portion of the hydraulic circuit, the flow of fluid urges the opening of a hydraulic component of the hydraulic circuit to allow fluid communication between the one portion and the reservoir to discharge fluid from the one portion.

    摘要: A hydraulic system including a first cylinder conduit configured to couple to a cylinder, an auxiliary conduit configured to couple to a case drain conduit, and a pressure regulator coupled to the first cylinder conduit and to the auxiliary conduit. The pressure regulator may block fluid flow to the auxiliary conduit if a first fluid pressure is less than or equal to a threshold pressure and enable fluid flow if the first fluid pressure is greater than the threshold pressure. The hydraulic system further includes a supplemental conduit with a check valve that directs fluid from the auxiliary conduit to a reservoir. The check valve blocks fluid flow if a second fluid pressure is less than or equal to a third fluid pressure, and enables fluid flow if the second fluid pressure greater than the third fluid pressure.

    摘要: A hydraulic drive system of a construction machine includes: a control valve configured such that an opening area of a center bypass passage gradually decreases in accordance with increase in an operation signal; an operation device that outputs the operation signal; a bleed-off line; and a bleed-off valve that includes a pilot port to which a secondary pressure from a solenoid proportional valve is led, the bleed-off valve being configured such that: a bypass passage is open until the operation signal exceeds a first setting value, and the bypass passage is closed when the operation signal exceeds the first setting value; and an unloading passage is opened when the operation signal exceeds a second setting value, and an opening area of the unloading passage gradually decreases until the operation signal that has exceeded the second setting value reaches a third setting value.
