摘要: Provided is a low-cost roller clutch equipped with support bearings having excellent transmission performance and durability and for which it is possible to surely prevent interference between component members. Of the component members of a roller clutch 10b, a first support bearing 29 and second support bearing 30, an outer-ring member 27 is common. A first race member 33, which functions as the inner ring of the first support bearing 29, and a clutch inner-ring member 28 are a single body. The clutch inner-ring member 28 and a second race member 34 of the second support bearing 30 are separate bodies. A clutch retainer 15b is held between the back-end sections of concave sections 19 of a cam surface 18 and the end edge of the second race member 34, and displacement in the axial direction of the clutch retainer 15b is suppressed. As a result, the clutch retainer 15b is prevented from hindering the rotation of the first support bearing 29 and second support bearing 30.

When an electric motor MG is driven and a one-way clutch 34 moves in a rotation axis C1 direction, the one-way clutch 34 comes into contact with a flange portion 46b of an inner race 46 or a supporting portion 30b of a transaxle housing 30 via a sliding washer 74 and, therefore, direct contact is prevented between the one-way clutch 34 and the flange portion 46b of the inner race 46 or the supporting portion 30b and wear, seizure, etc. of the one-way clutch 34 are suppressed.

摘要: Overrunning clutch units are disclosed. In one example, the overrunning clutch unit may include inner and outer rings that can be rotated relative to each other. Clamping members may transmit a torque between the two rings in one peripheral direction, the clamping members being arranged between the rings. A first bearing device may be configured to support the two rings, wherein the first bearing device is arranged between the rings at a first axial side of the clamping members. A second bearing device may be configured to support the two rings, wherein the second bearing device is arranged at a second, opposing, axial side of the clamping members so that a tilting of the inner ring relative to the outer ring is prevented.
