    Abstract: A parts tower that stores reels storing components to be mounted on substrates includes storing sections storing the reels, loading and unloading sections in which the reels are disposed, a moving section that moves the reels inside the parts tower, an operation section receiving an instruction of unloading of the reels, and a controller. Some of the storing sections that are disposed around the loading and unloading sections are defined as unloading waiting sections. The controller performs a first moving process in which the reels that are to be unloaded relatively early among the stored reels to the unloading waiting sections are moved by the moving section before receiving the instruction of unloading the reels, and a second moving process in which the reels stored in the unloading waiting sections are moved to the loading and unloading sections by the moving section in response to receiving the instruction.

    Abstract: A part shipping system includes a storage device configured to store part information including a part ID for identifying a part for each part and presence or absence of security, an input device configured to input information, and a control device. The control device receives designation of a part to be shipped from a user and determines whether security is applied to a received designated part based on the part information. The control device ships the designated part when it is determined that the security is not applied to the designated part.     Abstract: A tray feeder extracts one of trays where components are stored from corresponding one of magazines, and moves the extracted tray to a component feed position. The tray feeder includes a rack portion having a plurality of magazine holding portions disposed in a vertical direction, and a tray movement portion that extracts one of the trays from corresponding one of the magazines through a corresponding one of tray extraction ports. The magazine holding portions hold the magazines respectively which are inserted horizontally through magazine exits/entrances.
