摘要: Methods, apparatus and systems are provided for generating an interactive non-player character (NPC) scene for a computer game environment of a video game. Changes are detected in relation to a script associated with the interactive NPC scene. For each NPC, a set of NPC data associated with the interactions said each NPC has within the script is generated corresponding to the changes. The generated set of NPC data is processed with an NPC rig associated with said each NPC to generate an NPC asset. A camera solver is applied to a region of the computer game environment associated with the script for determining locations of NPC assets and one or more cameras within said region in relation to said interactive NPC scene. Data representative of said each NPC asset and said determined NPC asset and camera locations for use by a game development engine for generating said interactive NPC scene.

摘要: An example of an image display system includes a goggle apparatus including a display section. A virtual camera and a user interface are placed in a virtual space. In accordance with the orientation of the goggle apparatus, the orientation of the virtual camera in the virtual space is controlled. For example, in a case where the line of sight of the virtual camera rotates in a left direction in a yaw direction and then reverses in a right direction, and when the amount of change in the right direction is greater than or equal to a threshold, the user interface is moved to the front of the virtual camera.

A spectator zone-of-interest in the gaming session is identified having a scene of a virtual gaming world that is viewable from camera perspectives in the virtual gaming world. Statistics and facts are generated for the gaming session based on the game state data and the user data using a first AI model trained to isolate game state data and user data that are of interest by spectators. Narration is generated for the scene using a second AI model configured to select statistics and facts from the statistics and facts generated using the first AI model, the selected statistics and facts having a highest potential spectator interest as determined by the second AI model configured to generate the narration using the selected statistics and facts.

摘要: A method of retargeting camera motion is disclosed. Data is received that describes a position of a target along a target path. Data is received that describes a position and an orientation of a first camera along a first camera path wherein the first camera is filming the target. A second camera path is computed, the second path corresponding to a second camera. The second camera path corresponds to the first camera path with one or more exceptions. The one or more exceptions include one or more of modification of orientation data corresponding to the second camera path to place the target at the center of a camera screen associated with the second camera and removing of a camera rotation roll for the second camera. A difference is computed between the first camera path and the second camera path. The computed difference is applied to a third camera path.

摘要: Methods and systems for spectating a live video game are presented. In one embodiment, a method for performing an automated catch-up to a player is provided. The method includes providing an interface for presenting a first view of a video game on a client device where the first view has a first vantage point and includes a game player. The method includes an operation for providing a portal within the interface for presenting a second view of the game object, the second view having a second vantage point. The method further includes an operation for moving the second vantage point toward the game object within the portal. Additionally, the method provides an operation for removing the portal.

摘要: When an object of interest is hidden by a first hiding object as viewed from a virtual camera, the virtual camera is moved, on a virtual line from the virtual camera toward the object of interest, to a first position that is a position where the virtual line first passes through the first hiding object or a position closer to the object of interest than this position. When the virtual camera is moved to the first position, if at least a part of the object of interest is further hidden by a second hiding object, the virtual camera is not moved to a second position that is a position where the virtual line first passes through the second hiding object or a position closer to the object of interest than this position, until a re-movement condition is satisfied.
