摘要: A photon confinement theoretical model is proposed, and a solar cell structure model is designed based on the theoretical model, thereby providing a photonically-confined solar cell and optoelectronic device to effectively reduce the probability of photons escaping from the cell. The theoretical model is established by the following steps: obtaining a relationship between a photocurrent density and an incident photon energy; obtaining a relationship between a radiative recombination photocurrent density and the incident photon energy; determining a relationship between the radiative recombination photocurrent density and a total recombination photocurrent density; obtaining a relationship between the photocurrent density generated by the standard spectral irradiance, the total recombination photocurrent density and an external current density of the solar cell; obtaining an output open-circuit voltage of the cell; obtaining an output short-circuit current density of the cell; obtaining a fill factor (FF); and obtaining a maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE).

摘要: Provided are a transparent electrode that can be manufactured at a low temperature, has low sheet resistance, is highly transmissive and lightweight, and allows realization of a flexible solar cell, large-area illumination, and the like, a preparing method of the transparent electrode, and an electronic device using the transparent electrode. A transparent electrode according to an embodiment has a network of silver nanowires. The transparent electrode includes a silver nanowire having a minimum curvature radius r of a curve of 2 μm or less and a bending angle Θ of 90° or more, and a compound having a boiling point of 160° C. or lower and an alkynyl group and a hydroxy group.

The manufacturing method includes the steps of providing a first substrate provided with a photoelectric converter on its primary face and a first wiring structure, providing a second substrate provided with a part of a peripheral circuit on its primary face and a second wiring structure, and performing bonding so that the first substrate, the first wiring structure, the second wiring structure, and the second substrate are disposed in this order. In addition, at least one of an upper face of the first wiring structure and an upper face of the second wiring structure has a concave portion, and a conductive material forms a bottom face of the concave portion.

摘要: The present invention provides a preparation method of amorphous GeH, and belongs to the field of preparation technologies of amorphous GeH. The preparation method provided in the present invention includes the following step: sealing crystalline GeH, a pressure calibration object, and a pressure transmitting medium in a cavity of a diamond anvil cell, and adjusting pressure in the cavity to obtain amorphous GeH. In the present invention, pressure is applied to the GeH in the sealed diamond anvil cell, to implement amorphization of the GeH at room temperature. In this way, impurities can hardly be found in the preparation method, and pure amorphous GeH can be obtained. In addition, the method provided in the present invention has simple operations and good repeatability.

摘要: A relevant technological challenge is the low cost and abundant materials development for silicon surface passivation for applications in optoelectronic devices, in particular in solar cells by scalable industrial methods. In the present invention, a new hybrid material comprising PEDOT:PSS and transparent conducting oxide nanostructures is developed and a method is proposed to fabricate the composite material that passivates well the silicon surface to be used by means of a thin composite film of thickness below 200 nm.
