    摘要: Higher temperature regenerated dehydrogenation catalyst is mixed with the lower temperature spent dehydrogenation catalyst from a dehydrogenation reaction to heat the spent catalyst. Air or other oxygen containing gas may be introduced to facilitate mixing. The mixing of hot regenerated catalyst with cooler spent catalyst increases the temperature of the spent catalyst and makes the coke on catalyst and in the supplemental fuel gas instantly ready to combust without the delay necessary to heat up the spent catalyst to combustion temperature. The regenerated dehydrogenation catalyst may be mixed with the spent dehydrogenation catalyst before the mixture of catalyst is contacted with the supplemental fuel gas. Combustion with fuel gas should be conditioned to avoid generation of a flame.

    摘要: A method for circulating a cooled regenerated catalyst comprises the following steps: a regenerated catalyst derived from a regenerator (5) is cooled to 200-720° C. by a catalyst cooler (8A), which either directly enters into a riser reactor (2) without mixing with hot regenerated catalyst, or enters the same after mixing with another portion of uncooled hot regenerated catalyst and thereby obtaining a hybrid regenerated catalyst with its temperature lower than that of the regenerator; a contact reaction between a hydrocarbon raw materials and the catalyst is performed in the riser reactor (2); the reaction product is introduced into a settling vessel (1) to separated the catalyst and oil gas; the separated catalyst ready for regeneration is stream-stripped in a stream stripping phase (1A) and enters the regenerator (5) for regeneration through charring; after cooling, the regenerated catalyst returns to the riser reactor (2) for recycling.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides an air-soak containing regeneration process reducing its time. The process includes (i) removing surface carbon species from a gallium-based alkane dehydrogenation catalyst in a combustion process in the presence of a fuel gas; (ii) conditioning the gallium-based alkane dehydrogenation catalyst after (i) in air-soak treatment at a temperature of 660° C. to 850° C. with (iii) a flow of oxygen-containing gas having (iv) 0.1 to 100 parts per million by volume (ppmv) of a chlorine source selected from chlorine, a chlorine compound or a combination thereof; and achieving a predetermined alkane conversion percentage for the gallium-based alkane dehydrogenation catalyst undergoing the air-soak containing regeneration process using (i) through (iv) 10% to 50% sooner in air-soak treatment than that required to achieve the same predetermined alkane conversion percentage for the gallium-based alkane dehydrogenation catalyst undergoing the air-soak containing regeneration process using (i) through (iii), but without (iv).
