The upper tarpaulin and the lower tarpaulin are supported and connected to the elastic supporting rods and the foldable arm mechanisms, respectively. The elastic supporting rods tension the upper tarpaulin firmly. When a wind force is substantially larger than a force of the tension, the elastic supporting rods bend and warp to enlarge a ventilation channel defined between the upper and lower tarpaulins.
