摘要: A method and system are provided for registering, in a database, a transaction between two parties, and for allowing a third party to cause an action to be performed in relation to the transaction. The method comprise a step of creating (s2) a transaction record, steps of electronically signing (s4, s12, s18, s26) the transaction record, steps of registering (s6, s14, s20, s28) the transaction record in the database, steps of issuing a notification (s8, s16, s22) that the transaction record has been registered in the database, steps of verifying (s10, s24) the transaction record by the third party, and a step of causing (s30), by the third party, an action to be performed based on transaction content information.

摘要: Embodiments described herein provide systems and methods for multi-party transactions. A user device may receive offers for conditional credits from an offering device, based on user information. The user device may accept the offer, which causes the offering device to add the conditional credit to a digital ledger. The conditional credit may then be used in a transaction where the issuing bank fulfils a portion of the transaction and the remaining portion of the transaction is fulfilled by the conditional credit (when the criteria of the conditional credit are met).

摘要: The subject system may be implemented by a processor circuit configured to receive a payment credential request, wherein the payment credential request comprises a requested amount, provision, in response to the payment credential request, a payment credential and a payment account corresponding to the payment credential, wherein the payment account is associated with a balance corresponding to the requested amount, receive, from a merchant system, an authorization request of a transaction for an authorization amount, wherein the authorization request comprises the payment credential and a merchant identifier of the merchant system, authorize the authorization amount when the authorization amount is less than or equal to the requested amount, and when the authorization amount exceeds the requested amount by a threshold amount, authorize the authorization amount based at least in part on the merchant identifier.

摘要: A method and system may provide a secure credit card payment service which allows a merchant to store credit cards without storing credit card data on merchant servers. The customer, via a web-enabled device, transmits a request to register a credit card and receives from the merchant server, a credit card registration webpage where the customer may provide credit card data and customer data. In response to receiving the credit card data and the customer data, the web-enabled device transmits the credit card data to a token server that stores the credit card data and receives a token from the token server. In response to receiving the token, the web-enabled device transmits the token and the customer data to the merchant server for storage and processing subsequent credit card payment transactions.

摘要: This disclosure describes methods, non-transitory computer readable storage media, and systems that dynamically map tokens according to predicted characteristics of the transaction. Specifically, the disclosed system accesses information associated with a payment account including characteristics of previous transactions associated with the payment account, which corresponds to a plurality of separate sub-accounts (e.g., a debit account and a credit account). The disclosed system determines predicted transaction characteristics for the next future transaction based on the information associated with the payment account. Furthermore, the disclosed system generates a request to a payment network to re-map a token associated with the payment account in connection with a selected sub-account according to the predicted transaction characteristics and a set of rules. The disclosed system also processes a subsequent transaction routed based on the re-mapped token in connection with the selected sub-account.
