    Abstract: A stampede preventing method for a pedestrian passage in a confined space of a subway. Pedestrian flow sensors are arranged on a pedestrian passage, where the pedestrian flow sensors are connected to a control unit by means of data transmission lines, the control unit is connected to stampede preventing devices and top ends of the stampede preventing devices are connected to movable walls and handrails; the pedestrian flow sensors transmit a pedestrian number and crowdedness that are monitored in real time; the control unit analyzes signals of the pedestrian flow sensors according to a system program, and determines whether crescent buffer space areas need to be opened in the pedestrian passage; the control unit issues different expansion commands according to different degrees of crowdedness; and the stampede preventing devices control the movable walls and the handrails to start contracting to form the crescent buffer space areas.

    Abstract: A method for combining integrated drilling, flushing and slotting with thermal injection to enhance coalbed gas extraction, applicable to managing gas extraction from microporous, low-permeability, high-adsorption coalbed areas. A gas extraction borehole is drilled within a certain distance of a predetermined drilling, flushing and slotting borehole, and, once sealed, is used for gas extraction. An integrated drilling, flushing and slotting drill bit is used to sink the borehole, which is then sealed. Concentration variation in the gas extraction borehole is monitored in real time, and when concentration is below 30%, borehole is opened and high-temperature steam is injected by means of a steam generator, after which the borehole is again closed. Drilling a drilling, flushing and slotting borehole increases pressure relief space and the surface of exposed coal, relieves stress on the coal body, and increases gas permeability of the coalbed, while the injection of high-temperature steam promotes gas desorption in the coal body, promotes crack propagation around the borehole, and increases channels for gas flow, thus achieving highly efficient extraction of gas from the coalbed.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a process method for withdrawing and recovering a mechanical constant-resistance single prop, specific steps involving: detecting a working resistance and a degree of deformation of a mechanical constant-resistance single prop, releasing lug clamp bolts of a recoverable base, knocking a lower portion of a cylinder body of the mechanical constant-resistance single prop to disengage the mechanical constant-resistance single prop from the recoverable base, and dismantling the mechanical constant-resistance single prop. Parts are classified and recovered based on degree of deformation thereof. By means of the foregoing method, a process of withdrawing and recovering a mechanical constant-resistance single prop is standardized, simple and fast disengagement of the mechanical constant-resistance single prop is achieved, and parts that can still be used can be sufficiently recovered and reused, thereby achieving the objectives of saving energy and reducing costs.

    Abstract: A chain fault diagnosis system and a chain fault diagnosis method for a scraper conveyor are provided. The diagnosis system includes a strain rosette attached on a top end surface of each sprocket tooth of the scraper conveyor. The strain rosette is connected to a signal gathering unit fixed on a scraper conveyor roller through a shielded conductor, the signal gathering unit sends a gathered signal to a wireless receiving device by means of wireless transmission, and the wireless receiving device transmits the gathered signal obtained thereby to an industrial control computer through a USB interface. The diagnosis method includes the following three steps: chain dislocation/skip fault judgment, chain breakage fault judgment and chain seizure fault judgment. A comprehensive monitoring of the chain state of the scraper conveyor is performed by measuring strain magnitudes in different directions of the sprocket tooth in real-time, transmitting the gathered signal to the industrial control computer via a wireless transmission method and dynamically diagnosing the faults of seizure, dislocation, skip and breakage of the scraper conveyor chain based on the obtained strain data.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of catalytic oxidation of lignite using oxygen as an oxidant at atmospheric pressure, belonging to a method of mild oxidation of lignite. The method is used to mildly oxidize the lignite using the oxygen as the oxidant under the action of a nitroxide radical catalyst and a metal salt or metal oxide cocatalyst; the process comprises the following steps: pulverizing the lignite to 200 meshes or less, drying a pulverized coal sample at a temperature of 80° C. in vacuum for 10 h, weighing 0.5 g of the treated coal sample, sequentially adding 10 ml of acetic acid, 0.5 mmol of a catalyst and 0.15 to 0.25 mmol of a cocatalyst into a round-bottom flask, connecting a tee joint to an upper orifice of a condenser pipe, replacing oxygen in vacuum for three times so that the round-bottom flask is filled with the oxygen, keeping oxygen pressure at 0.1 MPa, reacting at a temperature of 80° C. to 120° C. for 4 to 12 h; filtering after the reaction is finished; decompressing a filtrate to remove the acetic acid, adding a small amount of ethyl acetate to dissolve, then using an excess CH2N2/ether solution to esterify for 10 h at room temperature, using 0.45 μm filter paper to filter, and analyzing an esterified product through a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer. The method has the advantages of using the oxygen as the oxidant, having low price, having no toxicity, and achieving environmental protection and mild conditions.
