Abstract: A charging case assembly for a vaporizer device includes a lower housing pivotably coupled to an upper housing. The lower housing can include a rechargeable power supply and a coupling mechanism configured to receive and position the vaporizer device within the lower housing. The coupling mechanism can include a cradle portion positioned along the lower housing and further include an elongated base that is recessed along an inner surface of the lower housing. The cradle portion can be configured to receive the vaporizer device such that a first elongated side of the vaporizer device is positioned against the base of the cradle portion. The coupling mechanism can further include a pair of case contacts positioned adjacent a first end of the base.

Abstract: An electronic device sends a wireless signal to a charging station indicating that charging of a battery of the electronics device is to commence. The electronic device generates a profile representing characteristics of the battery during charging. The electronic device sends a wireless signal to the charging station indicating the first type of charging is to be applied to the battery. The electronic device responds to a determination that charging of the battery is to continue by determining a second type of charging to be applied to the battery. The electronic device determines whether charging of the battery is to continue. In response to a determination that charging of the battery is not to continue, the electronic device sends a wireless signal to the charging station indicating that charging of the battery is to cease.

Abstract: An animated battery charging assembly provides a charging dock for dual purposes of charging a battery for an electrical device, and providing an entertaining indicator of a power level for the battery during the charging through the use of an animated model that articulates in correlation to the power level of battery. The charging dock charges a battery for an electrical device. The charging dock also supports an attached model that depicts a character, like a fictional or real character capable of animation, audio, and illumination. A fan cools the electrical device during charging, and enhances an animation effect of the animated model. An amount of energy remaining in the battery of the electrical device during charging is depicted as a power level. The model articulates limbs, garment, and accessories in correlation to power level. Software communicates the power level pertinent to the animated model for an appropriate articulation.

Abstract: A compact, decorative portable charger is provided for charging an electronic device on-the-go. The portable charger further includes a motion light triggered by a motion sensor, and an attachment mechanism whereby the portable charger can be used as a fashion accessory attached, for example, to a purse, bag, or article of clothing, readily accessible for use to recharge electronic devices.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a charging system and method, and a power adapter. The system includes a power adapter and a terminal. The power adapter includes a first rectifier, a switch unit, a transformer, a synthesizing unit, a sampling unit, and a control unit. The control unit outputs a control signal to the switch unit, and adjusts a duty ratio of the control signal according to a current sampling value and/or a voltage sampling value, such that a second alternating current outputted by the synthesizing unit meets a charging requirement. The terminal includes a battery.

The power adapter includes a first rectification unit, a switch unit, a transformer, a second rectification unit, a first charging interface, a sampling unit, and a control unit. The control unit is configured to output a control signal to the switch unit, and adjust a duty ratio of the control signal based on a voltage sampling value and/or a current sampling value sampled by the sampling unit, in which a voltage of a third pulsating waveform output from the second rectification unit meets the charging requirements. The terminal includes a second charging interface and a battery. The second charging interface is coupled with the battery. When the second charging interface is coupled to the first charging interface, the second charging interface applies the voltage of the third pulsating waveform to the battery.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for managing wiredly and wirelessly charging at least one of a fixed, portable and wearable computing and communications device. The method may comprise wirelessly charging a first of the at least one of fixed, portable and wearable computing and communications device serving as sink consuming power, when subjected to charging, using a wireless receiver detachably coupled to a smart adaptor subsystem via a first pair of magnetic connectors, detachably magnetically coupling a USB cable via second and third pairs of magnetic connectors correspondingly to a second of the at least one of fixed, portable and wearable computing and communications device serving as source supplying power, when subjected to charging, and the smart adaptor subsystem for facilitating wiredly charging the first of the at least one of fixed, portable and wearable computing and communications device, upon detachably magnetically coupling the USB cable, generating a cable detection signal using at least one of the wireless receiver and smart adaptor subsystem, upon successfully detecting the USB cable, generating an enable signal facilitating initiation of the smart adaptor subsystem using at least one of the wireless receiver and smart adaptor subsystem and upon generating the enable signal, automatically disabling the wireless receiver using the smart adaptor subsystem, thereby facilitating wiredly charging the first of the at least one of fixed, portable and wearable computing and communications device.
