A loading system for loading bulk material from a bulk material production plant onto a ship has at least one stationary intermediate storage container for receiving the bulk material from the bulk material production plant. A first loading conveying device is used to convey the bulk material from the bulk material production plant into the intermediate storage container. A second loading conveying device is used to convey the bulk material from the intermediate storage container into the ship. An unloading system for loading bulk material from a ship onto transporters has a stationary intermediate storage container for receiving the bulk material from the ship. Two unloading conveying devices are used to convey the bulk material, from the ship into the intermediate storage container and, from the intermediate storage container into the transporters.

The invention relates to additives in the form of non-ionic polyesters comprising terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, optionally propylene glycol, C—C-alkyl-polyalkene glycol ether, and a multifunctional cross-linked monomer. Said polyesters preferably have a flow factor ff of greater than 8, and preferably have a melting point of over 40° C. and molecular weights Mp of 4,000 to 15,000 g/mol. Said polyesters are suitable as soil release components in detergents and cleaning agents.

Aqueous formulations of soil release polyesters are claimed, which comprise from 50 to 90% by weight of soil release polyester and from 0.1 to 40% by weight of a phosphonic acid or of a phosphonate. The addition of the phosphonic acid or of the phosphonate allows the preparation of formulations of the soil release polyesters which are stable and have a low viscosity.
