摘要: An in-vehicle operating device is provided. The in-vehicle operating device includes a panel constituting a vehicle interior component and having an opening, an operation module provided to be movable in a backward-forward direction through the opening between a first position and a second position spaced apart from each other, with a button operated by a user being disposed on a front end thereof, an actuator including a plurality of shape-memory members contracting by applying current when heated and restored to an original state thereof when cooled, the plurality of shape-memory members including at least one first shape-memory member configured to move the operation module to the first position using a force generated during contraction and at least one second shape-memory member configured to move the operation module to the second position using a force generated during contraction, and a controller configured to supply current to the actuator while maintaining a voltage provided from a vehicle battery within a preset voltage range, and control an amount of current for each of the plurality of shape-memory members included in the actuator according to a condition for operating each of the plurality of shape-memory members.

摘要: A method of changing a super capacitor for a vehicle according to the present invention includes, when the vehicle arrives at a supercap changing station when a supercap system is to be changed, coupling a vehicle mounting part of the supercap system to the vehicle and fastening a coupling state detection connector; measuring, by the supercap system, a contact resistance of the coupling state detection connector and providing the measured contact resistance to the vehicle; when the vehicle receives the contact resistance of the coupling state detection connector from the supercap system, comparing the contact resistance of the coupling state detection connector with a preset threshold resistance range; generating, by the vehicle, a control signal according to the comparison result and providing the generated control signal to the supercap changing station; and coupling, by the supercap changing station, the vehicle and the supercap system according to the control signal.

The coolant inflow management device, which is disposed in each of a portion through which a coolant flows into a battery system from a vehicle body cooling module and a portion through which the coolant flows from the battery system to the vehicle body cooling module to measure, compare, and adjust flow rates and temperatures of the coolant, includes a rotation unit which is rotated by movement of the coolant and measures the flow rate and the temperature of the coolant, a rotation panel control unit which measures and adjusts the number of revolutions of the rotation unit, and a communication module which transmits values measured by the rotation unit and the rotation panel control unit to a battery management system (BMS) and receives a signal from the BMS.
