The cover plate includes a first substrate; a thin film transistor, an optical sensor, and a first electrode on the optical sensor which are sequentially disposed on the first substrate; a passivation layer covering the thin film transistor and the first electrode; a black matrix disposed on the passivation layer; an electrode connection layer disposed on the black matrix, the electrode connection layer including an auxiliary cathode and a first electrode connection line disposed in the same layer, and the first electrode connection line being connected with the first electrode by a first electrode connection hole penetrating through the passivation layer; and a planar layer and a second electrode sequentially disposed, the second electrode being connected with the auxiliary cathode by a second electrode connection hole penetrating through the planar layer.

Abstract: An optical adjustment method and an optical adjustment device for a display panel, and a display device are provided. The optical adjustment method includes: displaying N groups of testing images sequentially on the display panel, each group of testing images including M images distributed at different display regions of the display panel, each image corresponding to one to-be-adjusted reference color, N being an integer greater than or equal to 1, M being an integer greater than or equal to 1; and when each group of testing images are displayed on the display panel, detecting, by an optical detection unit, optical parameters of the M images in the group of testing images simultaneously, and performing optical adjustment on the display panel in accordance with the optical parameters.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a circuit and method for generating a light emission control signal for an AMOLED pixel circuit having in-cell touch sensors, as well as a pixel circuit driving method. The circuit comprises a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor and a first capacitor. Under control of a control signal transferred by a first control line, a first clock signal, a second clock signal, a voltage of a first level, a voltage of a second level and a control signal transferred by a second control line, the circuit outputs the desired light emission control signal via a light emission control line. The light emission control signal may turn off the OLED in the pixel circuit during a touch sense phase such that an influence of the capacitance between the anode and cathode of the OLED on the touch sensor-to-ground capacitance is reduced.

The effect due to variances in a threshold voltages of driving thin film transistors can be eliminated by compensation, and an integration of a touch function and an AMOLED is achieved.

Through the above technical solution, after a host sleeps, the display touch drive module still remains on-line, which may drive the display touch panel to scan, so as to identify whether the display touch panel is touched or not and further achieve a Wake On Touch (WOT) function.
