摘要: The present disclosure relates to a thin-film transistor, an array substrate, a display panel and a display device and fabrication methods thereof. The thin-film transistor includes a gate insulation layer, an active layer having a source region, a drain region, and a channel region, a first doping layer on the source region, a second doping layer on the drain region, and at least one third doping layer arranged between the first doping layer and the second doping layer, wherein the first, the second, and the third doping layers have same conductivity type, and wherein the third doping layer is positioned in the channel region and contacts the gate insulation layer, and the third doping layer does not contact the first doping layer and the second doping layer simultaneously, or the third doping layer is positioned on the channel region and only contacts the first or the second doping layer.

摘要: A pixel circuit and a driving method thereof, an array substrate including the pixel circuit and a display apparatus thereof are provided. The pixel circuit comprising a display driving sub-circuit (200) and a touch detection sub-circuit (210), wherein the display driving sub-circuit (200) is configured to drive a display element to emit light under controls of the first scan line (SCAN1), the second scan line (SCAN2), the third scan line (SCAN3), the data line (DATA) and the light emitting control line (EM); and the touch detection sub-circuit (210) is configured to detect a touch action and generate a sense signal under controls of the second scan line (SCAN2), the third scan line (SCAN3) and the data line (DATA). The effect due to variances in a threshold voltages of driving thin film transistors can be eliminated by compensation, and an integration of a touch function and an AMOLED is achieved.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a sealing agent, a liquid crystal panel, a liquid crystal display device, and a fabricating method thereof. The sealing agent comprises a sealing agent matrix and graphene oxide. The graphene oxide not only functions to support substrates and enable electrical conduction, but also effectively prevents the phenomenon of liquid crystal molecules penetration from occurring. In this way, a liquid crystal panel which is prepared with the sealing agent as a bonding agent has excellent display effect.
