    Abstract: An endoluminal prosthesis system may include a main graft and an extension graft. The main graft may include a tubular main body having a sidewall, open proximal and distal ends, a lumen, and a fenestration in the sidewall. The extension graft may include a tubular extension body, and tubular first and second extension legs. Each of the first and second extension legs may extend from the extension body and include a lumen in fluid communication with the extension body lumen. The extension graft may be deployable within the main graft such that the extension body extends through the fenestration in the sidewall of the main body. Each of the first and second extension legs may extend outward away from the main graft. An auxiliary guide such as an auxiliary cannula and/or auxiliary guide wire may be preloaded in the extension graft and extend through the lumen of each of the second extension leg and the extension body.

    Abstract: Examples of prostheses are provided having an internal branch. A tubular graft body of the prosthesis defines a main lumen extending between an inflow end and an outflow end of the graft body. A stent structure is coupled along the graft body. A trough is at least partially defined by a trough wall extending into the main lumen from a sidewall of the graft body. A side branch defines a branch lumen and extends from the trough within the main lumen towards one of the inflow or outflow ends of the graft body. A branch lumen facing surface of the trough wall is a continuous surface with an outer surface of the sidewall of the graft body. A boundary of the trough may be configured to provide a smooth transition surface between the trough and the sidewall.

    Abstract: A pre-loaded delivery device that facilitates accurate placement of a stent graft assembly in the aorta is disclosed. A stent graft is carried on the delivery device and held in a pre-deployment configuration by a sheath. A split in the sheath facilitates the pre-cannulation of one or more branch arteries extending from the aorta before the stent graft is fully released in the aorta. The stent graft comprises a tubular body having at least one scalloped fenestration formed in one end of the graft material and at least one fenestration formed in the graft material of the main tubular body. A helical internal side branch extends from the fenestration within the lumen of the main tubular body. The helical side branch is configured to curve at least partially around the scalloped fenestration. The assembly further comprises a connection stent graft extending from the fenestration into a branch vessel.

    Abstract: A stent graft for deployment into the aorta of a patient has a tubular body with a proximal portion of a selected diameter; preferably a reduced diameter portion, distal of the proximal portion, having a diameter less than the selected diameter; a tapered portion, extending between the proximal portion and the reduced diameter portion; and optionally a distal portion, distal of the reduced diameter portion. At least three, preferably four or five, low profile side arms are provided, preferably in the reduced diameter portion and/or the tapered portion, for connection of an arm extension to an aortic branch vessel. All but one of the side arms are to be connected at the physician's choice, depending on the anatomy of the patient. One side arm is to provide temporary profusion to external of the stent graft after deployment of the stent grant into the aorta, and is subsequently blocked.
