    摘要: The biocatalytic production of a peptide is carried out with a zymogen instead of the customarily used protease. Since zymogens are proteolytically inactive precursors of proteases, proteolytic side reactions are largely suppressed. Preferably, amino acid esters or peptide esters and C-terminally derivatized amino acids or peptide fragments are coupled to each other. The reaction can also take place in a frozen, aqueous medium. In particular, chymotrypsinogen, trypsinogen, pepsinogen, prorennin or procarboxypeptidase are suitable as zymogens.

    摘要: The production of solutions of hydrogen peroxide in phenol or its derivatives, e.g. hydrocarbyl substituted phenols, halo substituted phenols or phenol ethers, is carried out in a single step. Practically no loss of hydrogen peroxide occurs since a total distillation of hydrogen peroxide together with phenol or phenol derivative is avoided. Simultaneously the solutions obtained are practically free from water. The mixture of phenol or phenol derivative and aqueous hydrogen peroxide is treated with a material that boils below the boiling point of hydrogen peroxide, phenol or phenol derivative or forms an azeotrope with water that boils below the boiling point of hydrogen peroxide, phenol or phenol derivative and the water removed as an azeotrope. The solution of hydrogen peroxide in phenol or phenol derivative which remains behind is suitable for carrying out oxidation reactions and above all, also for hydroxylation reactions. The latter as especially advantageously carried out in the presence of sulfur-, selenium-, or tellurium oxide.

    摘要: A process for the preparation of an enantiomerically enriched amine, is performed by a) cleaving a racemic mixture of a reaction product of i) a chiral amine and ii) an acyl donor, in the presence of a hydrolase, to obtain a mixture of an enantiomerically enriched amide and an enantiomerically enriched amine; or b) reacting an amine with an acyl donor, in the presence of a hydrolase, to obtain a mixture of an enantiomerically enriched amide and an enantiomerically enriched amine; and c) separating the enantiomerically enriched amide from the enantiomerically enriched amine, wherein the acyl donor is a sulphonylacetic acid ester. The process (1) leads to high enantioselectivities, and (2) high reactivities, (3) is based on an acyl donor accessible in a simple manner, (4) is suitable for a large number of very different substrates and/or (5) is suitable for carrying out at high substrate concentrations.
