摘要: The present invention relates to a micro-volume liquid ejection system, including an air pressure module, a micro-ejection unit which is connected with the air pressure module by means of pipes, and a control circuit which is connected with the air pressure module and the micro-ejection unit respectively. In the present invention, due to air is used as the pressure medium, on one hand, as the sample does not contact with the pressure regulating module, the efficiency of cleaning process is improved, on the other hand, the volume of the sample needed in the sample ejecting process is only equal to the cavity-dimension of the micro-ejection unit by not need to fill the whole pipe with liquid. During the sample ejecting process, it is not need to regulate the pressure. After the sample ejecting is finished, the sample can be put into its original place, so as to greatly save the sample. The present invention is connected with the manipulator, so as to sample from the sample plate, eject sample and clean the pipes automatically, and it can also dispense a multiplicity of samples to micro-array substrate conveniently. The present invention can be used for transferring or dispensing the micro volume liquid of nL grade and L grade widely, and all kinds of the micro-volume liquid including biological liquid.

摘要: A method of obtaining a motion vector for a partition of a macroblock in block-based motion estimation by dividing macroblocks into partitions and determining a partition motion vectors for each partition. A best vector is selected for each partition from the partition motion vector for that partition and from vectors of partitions of neighbouring macroblocks.

摘要: A heat dissipation device for electronic devices on a substrate comprises a base contacting one of the electronic devices for absorbing heat therefrom. A plurality of fins arranged on the base for dissipating heat. A plurality of airflow channels is defined between the fins, and each channel defines an intake and an outlet. A fan is located adjacent to the intakes and provides airflow entering the channels through the intakes and leaving the channels through the outlets. A first guiding member is located adjacent to the outlets. The airflow out of the outlets is guided, by the first guiding member, to be deflected towards the substrate for cooling other electronic devices neighboring the one contacting with the base.

摘要: A method for selecting antennas in a multiple-input, multiple-output wireless communications network that includes multiple stations is presented. Each station includes a set of transmit RF chains and a set of receive RF chains, and each RF chain is connectable to a set of antennas. A first station transmits a training frame for each possible subset of the set of antennas, and the set of transmit RF chains are connected to the subset of antennas according to a connection mapping rule while transmitting each training frame. A subchannel matrix is estimated in a second station for each frame. The subchannel matrices are combined to obtain a complete channel matrix. A particular subset of the antennas is selected according to the complete channel matrix. The set of transmit RF chains is connected to the selected particular subset of antennas to transmit data from the first station to the second station.

摘要: Rake receivers in code division multiple access (CDMA) telecommunication comprise fingers (1,2,3) with each finger processing signal components for a particular transmission path to be able to better synchronize with a RF signal received via different paths, and a combiner (4) for combining the results originating from said fingers, and a compensator in the form of a controlled oscillator in a feedback loop. By locating a finger compensator (20-25) in a finger, said finger can handle complex situations, like Doppler shifts under high-speed conditions. Preferably, most or all fingers each comprise such a finger compensator, in which case said feedback loop can be avoided. Such a finger compensator can be hardware, software or a mixture of both when comprising a filter (21) plus an amplitude normalizer (22) between two arithmetical modules (20,25) for multiplying an input symbol signal with a conjugated previous input symbol signal and an output symbol signal with a previous output symbol signal.
