摘要: A radio base station (T-eNB) is configured to set up a data forwarding tunnel for forwarding user plane data to the radio base station (T-eNB) only for an access bearer for which the user plane data to be forwarded exists, when receiving a notification from a handover-source radio base station (S-eNB) as to whether or not the user plane data to be forwarded exists for each access bearer. The notification being made by using a handover request message for the mobile station (UE), and the access bearer being set up between the radio base station (T-eNB) and a upper level node (SGW).

摘要: A method of regenerating an absorbent includes preparing a reactor having a gas inlet portion and a discharge portion, filling the reactor with a reforming catalyst and an absorbent for absorbing carbon dioxide, feeding the feedstock gas and the steam via the gas inlet portion to the reactor to allow a steam reforming reaction to take place, allowing the absorbent to absorb carbon dioxide generated with hydrogen at the steam reforming reaction, and releasing the carbon dioxide from the absorbent after the carbon dioxide absorption capacity of the absorbent has been degraded. In this method, the temperature in an inside of the reactor is set to 625° C. or more at the release of the carbon dioxide, and an inert gas is fed via the discharge portion to the reactor.

摘要: A circuit element which ensures an operation of a driving IC chip and a recording element, is mounted between a power supply and the driving IC chip of a flexible flat cable. Since the circuit element is arranged so as to avoid a bending portion of the flexible flat cable, even in a case of mounting the circuit element near the driving IC chip, it is possible to prevent the circuit elements from being peeled off, and to let the driving IC chip and the heat sink make a close contact assuredly.
