Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and discloses a data scheduling method and an apparatus. The data scheduling method includes: sending, by a network device at a first time domain position, scheduling information to a terminal device, and sending or receiving, at a second time domain position, data scheduled by using the scheduling information, where the first time domain position and the second time domain position are located on different carriers, or the first time domain position and the second time domain position are located on different BWPs. The second time domain position may be determined based on an end position of the first time domain position and/or a capability of the terminal device.

In this example, the method includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a control format including a resource allocation field from a base station (BS), the resource allocation field indicating a starting resource block (RB) index and an RB range, obtaining a set of RBs allocated for a multicast physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) or physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) based on a starting RB location and the RB range; wherein the starting RB location is associated with the starting RB index and at least one of a reference RB location or an assigned sub-band; and transmitting or receiving, by the UE, data over at least one RB of the set of RBs allocated for the multicast PDSCH or PUSCH.

Abstract: A method is provided, comprising: receiving resource indication information sent by a network device, where the resource indication information is used to indicate resource block groups RBGs allocated to the terminal device in a bandwidth part BWP, and the BWP includes N segments of frequency domain resources; for one of the N segments of frequency domain resources, a size P of an RBG other than the first RBG and the last RBG in the segment of frequency domain resources is determined based on a sum of bandwidths of the N segments of frequency domain resources; and for one of the N segments of frequency domain resources, a size of the first RBG in the segment of frequency domain resources is determined based on a start location of the segment of frequency domain resources and P; and transmitting a signal on the resource block groups RBGs allocated to the terminal device.

Abstract: Example communication methods and a communications apparatus are described. One example method includes receiving first information by a terminal device, where the first information indicates an identifier of a first frequency domain resource, and the first frequency domain resource is contiguous in frequency domain. When a status of the terminal device is a first state, the terminal device with a network device on a second frequency domain resource based on the first information, where the second frequency domain resource includes a plurality of segments of contiguous frequency domain resources, and the first frequency domain resource is one segment of the plurality of segments of contiguous frequency domain resources. According to the foregoing method, the terminal device may communicate, based on the received first information, with the network device on the second frequency domain resource when the status of the terminal device is the first state.

Abstract: A resource configuration method, an apparatus, and a system are disclosed. The method includes: determining a reserved resource element (RE) in a resource unit, where the reserved RE is included in a reserved resource; and transmitting data on all or some REs other than the reserved resource. The resource unit includes X resource blocks (RBs) in frequency domain and includes Y symbols in time domain, where X and Y are positive integers. According to the resource configuration method provided in the present disclosure, a data conflict between different terminals during data transmission can be reduced, and resource utilization can be improved.
