    摘要: In an intake air control device, a valve gear for driving a shaft of a throttle valve is made of non-magnetic metal that does not interfere with a magnetic circuit constituted by split type permanent magnet and yoke. Accordingly, as the magnetic flux from the magnetic circuit is effectively used without leakage to the valve gear, an opening degree of the throttle valve is accurately detected by a non-contact type Hall element. Further, it is not necessary to reinforce with other metal a ring shaped fixing portion of the valve gear that is rigidly fixed to an end of the shaft by staking or welding and an outer protrusion of the valve gear that comes in hitting contact with a stopper of a throttle body when the throttle valve is fully closed, resulting in less number of component parts and lower cost.

    摘要: An angular position detection apparatus, which can improve a detection accuracy of the angular position by improving a linearity of an output characteristic with respect to an angular position detection apparatus, and to downsize an outer size thereof. A permanent magnet is fixed to a side surface of a rotor core, which integrally rotates with a detection target object. An inner surface of a cylindrical portion of the rotor core is closely confronted with an outer surface of a stator core. Thus, the angular position detection apparatus is formed as a radial gap type in which magnetic flux is gone through an air gap G1 between the cylindrical portion and the stator core along a radial direction. A magnetic flux detection gap portion is formed at a center portion of the stator core so as to go through toward a diametral direction. A Hall IC is arranged in the magnetic flux detection gap portion. The permanent magnet is magnetized so that lines of magnetic force therein are parallel with each other. As a result, it can expand the range, in which the magnetic flux density in the magnetic flux detection gap portion linearly changes in proportion to the angular position of the rotor core, and it can improve the linearity of output characteristic of the Hall IC with respect to the angular position.

    摘要: A message display system for a programmable controller having a function for displaying a message in different languages and an improved program processing efficiency. A message storing means for a plurality of languages includes a plurality of storing areas (1a-1c) for storing messages in the different languages. In the respective languages storing areas (1a-1c), messages having the same meaning in the different languages are stored in addresses having a sequence corresponding to one another. When a power is supplied to the PC, a message transfer means (3) transfers a message of a single language previously designated by a parameter (2) from the message storing means (1) for a plurality of languages to a message storing means (4) for a single language. Then, a message selection means (5) designates a message desired to be displayed on a display screen when the PC is in operation by an address determined to correspond to the meaning of each message, and a message display means (6) fetches the message at the designated address from the message storing means (4) for a single language and displays the same on the display screen of a display unit (7).

    摘要: A chip component supply apparatus of the invention includes a container box for storing chip components in pieces, a means for conveying chip components from the container box onto a conveyor belt, which moves intermittently and conveys the transferred chip components toward a take-out port area where a vacuum suction nozzle of an electronic component placement machine takes out the chip components. A stopper is positioned in the vicinity of the take-out port area for stopping the chip components conveyed by the conveyor belt at the take-out port area. The stopper moves and departs from the vicinity of the take-out port area when the conveyor belt finishes intermittent motion and stops, and returns and is positioned at the take-out port area before the next chip component conveyed by next intermittent motion of the conveyor belt reaches the take-out port area. The vacuum suction nozzle of the electronic component placement machine takes out the chip component at the take-out port area when the conveyor belt is stopped and the stopper is apart from the take-out port area.
