摘要: An electronic-parts mounting apparatus includes an electronic-parts feeder. A mounting head operates for carrying electronic parts from the electronic-parts feeder. The mounting head includes a plurality of nozzles for holding the electronic parts respectively. An electronic-parts mounting portion operates for enabling the mounting head to mount the electronic parts on a circuit board. A first mechanism operates for rotating each of the nozzles. A second mechanism operates for moving each of the nozzles upward and downward. The first mechanism may include a pinion provided on an outer circumferential surface of each of the nozzles, and a rack meshing with the pinion.

摘要: An apparatus capable of supplying electronic components successively to a loading position of an electronic component mounting machine at a high speed and in a stable manner is disclosed, in which a dancing guide is operatively connected with a feeding unit for taking out a predetermined length of the electronic-component tape from a supply reel before feed pins of the feed unit advance a carrier tape of the electronic-component tape to move a leading one of the electronic components into the loading position. Preferably, the apparatus further includes a separating unit, operatively connected with the feed unit, for separating an adhesive tape from the leading electronic component and the carrier tape before said feed pins advance the carrier tape. The separating unit is composed of a pair of spaced movable guide rollers and a fixed guide roller.

摘要: The present invention relates to an electronic parts mounting device designed to mount chip type electronic parts on a printed board. It is an object of the invention to provide a compact and high-speed electronic parts mounting device. To achieve this object, the present invention provides first and second drive systems (12) and (13) for driving first and second supplying portions (2) and (3) arranged on both sides of a table portion (6) and has arrangement pitches of suction nozzles (18) of each supplying portion, each of the drive systems (12) and (13), and each cassette (4) of the supplying portions identical with each other. This structure provides the compact and high-speed electronic parts mounting device.

摘要: A parts feeder is provided which is designed to pick up parts carried by a strip carrier. The strip carrier is moved intermittently to a pickup station and has storage chambers arrayed in a lengthwise direction thereof. The storage chambers has openings and stores therein the parts each of which has formed on ends thereof electrodes having at least a magnetic portion. A magnet which has a non-pole face oriented to the strip carrier is disposed at the pickup station for magnetically keeping each of the parts in a desired orientation within one of the storage chambers.

摘要: Cassettes contain electronic parts. First and second feeders are operative for feeding the electronic parts from the cassettes. A first mounting head has sucking nozzles for picking up the electronic parts fed by the first feeder. A second mounting head has sucking nozzles for picking up the electronic parts fed by the second feeder. A table arrangement is operative for holding a printed circuit board. The first and second mounting heads are alternately moved along a first direction to a region above the printed circuit board on the table arrangement. The table arrangement includes a mechanism for moving the printed circuit board on the table arrangement in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. Also, the table arrangement includes a mechanisms for rotating the printed circuit board on the table arrangement about an axis perpendicular to both the first and second directions. The sucking nozzles of the first mounting head place the electronic parts on the printed circuit board on the table arrangement when the first mounting head is in the region above the printed circuit board. The sucking nozzles of the second mounting head place the electronic parts on the printed circuit board on the table arrangement when the second mounting head is in the region above the printed circuit board.

摘要: One terminal 3a of the DC motor 3 is connected to the power supply terminal 301, and the other terminal 3b of the DC motor 3 is connected to the ground terminal 302 through the FET 1. 摘要: There is disclosed an automatic electronic part-mounting apparatus in which acceleration, acting on electronic parts, suction-held respectively by mounting heads, is reduced, thereby enabling stable mounting of the electronic parts. Cam levers 10 are pivotally mounted through respective pivot shafts 9 on a rotary member 8 which is rotated at a constant speed by a roller gear cam 19. One end of the cam lever is engaged with a fixed cam 7 whereas the other end thereof is slidably mounted through cam followers on a follower lever 12 slidably mounted on annular rails 11 in a housing 6. One end of the follower lever 12 is slidably engaged with a cam follower, and the other end of the follower lever 12 is mounted on each mounting head 13. With this construction, the acceleration of the mounting head 13 can be reduced.

摘要: A laser ablation device for forming a thin film includes a vacuum chamber having a gas introduction port through which an oxidating gas is introduced into the chamber, and a light-transmittable section, a target holder disposed in the vacuum chamber for holding a target made of a film forming material of an oxide, an object holder confronting the target holder for holding an object on which the thin film is to be formed, a short wavelength laser which emits a first short wavelength laser light passing to the target in the vacuum chamber through the light-transmittable section from outside of the vacuum chamber, and a short wavelength laser light irradiating device for irradiating the object with a second short wavelength laser light passing into the vacuum chamber through the light-transmittable section from outside of the vacuum chamber. The second short wavelength laser light has an intensity lower than that of the first short wavelength laser light irradiating the target. Alternatively, a short wavelength laser light passing device causes the second short wavelength laser light to pass through the light-transmittable section from outside of the vacuum chamber and then to pass in the vicinity of a surface of the object in the vacuum chamber as approximately parallel to the surface of the object.
