摘要: An electronic-parts mounting apparatus includes an electronic-parts feeder. A mounting head operates for carrying electronic parts from the electronic-parts feeder. The mounting head includes a plurality of nozzles for holding the electronic parts respectively. An electronic-parts mounting portion operates for enabling the mounting head to mount the electronic parts on a circuit board. A first mechanism operates for rotating each of the nozzles. A second mechanism operates for moving each of the nozzles upward and downward. The first mechanism may include a pinion provided on an outer circumferential surface of each of the nozzles, and a rack meshing with the pinion.

摘要: An apparatus capable of supplying electronic components successively to a loading position of an electronic component mounting machine at a high speed and in a stable manner is disclosed, in which a dancing guide is operatively connected with a feeding unit for taking out a predetermined length of the electronic-component tape from a supply reel before feed pins of the feed unit advance a carrier tape of the electronic-component tape to move a leading one of the electronic components into the loading position. Preferably, the apparatus further includes a separating unit, operatively connected with the feed unit, for separating an adhesive tape from the leading electronic component and the carrier tape before said feed pins advance the carrier tape. The separating unit is composed of a pair of spaced movable guide rollers and a fixed guide roller.

摘要: The invention provides a circulating type bank note depositing and dispensing machine with which the progress of depositing and dispensing is made visible from a customer side, speeding up the temporary storage of deposited bank notes and facilitating the return of the temporarily stored bank notes if the deposit is not approved. The bank note depositing and dispensing ports are disposed on the upper side of the machine body, making it possible for a customer to observe or check the progress of a deposit or dispensing. Temporarily stored deposited bank notes are disposed in the front side area of the machine body, and if the deposit is not approved, the front side door of the temporary storage portion opens to allow the temporarily stored bank notes to be taken out from the front side of the machine body, facilitating the quick return of the temporarily stored bank notes.

摘要: An atmospheric plasma irradiation unit has a discharge tube for ejecting a primary plasma formed of an inductively coupled plasma of an inert gas and a mixer for generating a secondary plasma formed of a mixed gas plasmanized by collisions of the primary plasma with a mixed gas region of a second inert gas and a reactive gas. The discharge tube and the mixer are included in a plasma head. A moving unit moves the plasma head so that an irradiation area of the secondary plasma to an object is moved on a circular or other-shaped locus.

摘要: The exterior view inspecting apparatus for circuit board of the invention including a sensor unit for emitting a laser beam to an object to be inspected, and detecting the displacement of the object by focusing the reflected light on a photoelectric transducer by using a receiving lens; an optical path converter unit for refracting the optical path of the laser beam; a sensor head unit incorporating the sensor unit and optical path converter unit; a control unit for moving the sensor head unit along a specified scanning route; a correction unit for correcting the displacement data of the object to be inspected as detected by the sensor unit, and a judging unit for judging the existence and position of an electronic component on a circuit board from the corrected displacement data. The optical path converter unit includes a flat sheet glass inclined relative to the optical path of the laser beam, rotating about the axial center parallel to the optical path. By this optical path converter unit, the optical path of the laser beam is refracted so that the laser beam scans the circuit board drawing a small circular trace. As the trace draws a small circle, the trace detects the end portion of the electronic component on the circuit board multiple times. Consequently, the existence and position of the electronic component on the circuit board can be detected accurately.

摘要: An apparatus for generating atmospheric-pressure plasma includes: a substrate; an antenna arranged on the substrate; a discharge tube arranged in the vicinity of the antenna; a high-frequency power supply for supplying VHF band high-frequency power to the antenna; and a matching circuit for receiving a high frequency from the high-frequency power supply and adjusting a reflection wave. In this apparatus for generating atmospheric-pressure plasma, a phase circuit is connected between the matching circuit and the antenna, and the phase circuit has a circuit constant setting such that a position of a maximum value of a current amplitude of a standing wave or a position of a minimum value of a voltage amplitude of the standing wave is in the vicinity of the antenna. This configuration can efficiently generate plasma and reduce the size of the apparatus.
