摘要: A kinetic-energy absorbing member absorbs the kinetic energy of a pull-in member such as a buckle or a lap anchor when reaching a bottom position. The kinetic-energy absorbing member, which includes a thin-walled tubular member that may be made of metal such as iron or aluminum, is arranged between a bracket and buckle. As the pretensioner is actuated, the buckle is pulled by a wire, thereby depressing the kinetic-energy absorbing member against the bracket so that the kinetic-energy absorbing member collapses and the kinetic energy of the buckle is absorbed when reaching the bottom position.

摘要: Systems, methods and storage mediums are disclosed for processing image data and associated two-dimensional barcodes for decreased data storage requirements and increased data transfer capabilities. Image data of a document may be obtained, processed, and rendered into a barcode including image data from which the document may be substantially reproduced. The barcode may be incorporated into a reproduction of the document. The amount of data associated with the reproduction of the document may be decreased by reducing the resolution of the reproduction, thereby allowing for decreased data storage requirements and increased data transfer capabilities. The amount of data may also be decreased by reducing the area of the reproduction.

摘要: A color barcode can record much more amount of information than black white barcode. However, the problem of the color barcode is that it is easy to lose integrity or authenticity in printing and copy generation. This invention provides an apparatus and a method to keep the integrity or authenticity of the color barcode. Such is accomplished by the color reference portion of the color barcode including reference color tiles filled with colors which are used in a data portion of the color barcode and an apparatus and a method for producing, reproducing and reading such color barcode.

摘要: A pattern forming system 1 includes a checking apparatus 400, a storage device 502, and a control section 500. The checking apparatus 400 is configured to measure and check a state of a resist pattern formed on a substrate W after a developing process and output a first check result thus obtained, and to measure and check a state of a pattern formed on the substrate after an etching process and output a second check result thus obtained. The storage device 502 stores a correlation formula obtained from the first check result and the second check result. The control section 500 is configured to use the correlation formula to obtain a target value of the state of the pattern after the developing process from a target value of the state of the pattern after the etching process, and to use a difference between the target value of the state of the pattern after the developing process and the first check result to set a condition for the first heat process and/or the second heat process.

摘要: A pretensioner with a wire-holding groove is formed in a housing at a bent portion, so that a wire, which holds a seat belt buckle at an upper end protruding from the wire-holding groove, is slidably held by the wire-holding groove. The wire slides and is displaced in a draw-in direction of the seat belt buckle when a gas generator is actuated and acted on a part of the wire closer to an end thereof, which extends in a front-to-back direction of a vehicle. The tongue piece bulging into the wire-holding groove restrains the wire from being pushed in due to a push-in load of the wire from the seat belt buckle. Conversely, the wire is allowed to be drawn in upon the actuation of the gas generator such that the pretension can enhance the reliability of a restraining function of a push-in displacement of a wire.

摘要: A resist pattern forming apparatus comprising a controller having a controlling portion that controls a processing of a coating and developing apparatus with a coating unit and a developing unit being provided therewith and an aligner being connected thereto, while an inspecting portion and the like measures at least one of a plurality of measurement items selected from, a reflection ratio and a film thickness of a base film and a resist film, a line width after the development, an accuracy that the base film matches with a resist pattern, a defect after the development, and so on. The measured data is transmitted to the controller. At the controller, a parameter subject to an amendment is selected based on the corresponding data of each of the measurement item such as the film thickness of the resist and the line width after the development, and the amendment of the parameters subject to the amendment is performed. As a result, the amending operation is facilitated by a reduced workload of an operator and in the same time, the appropriate amendment can be performed.

摘要: A navigation apparatus and method that store route information, the stored route information including, for each of a plurality of routes starting at a first point and ending at a second point, a required travel time and a traffic condition. The apparatus and method determine whether a guidance route includes the first point and the second point of a stored route. The apparatus and method read out, if a guidance route includes the first point and the second point of a stored route, the stored route information for the stored route that shares the first point and the second point with the guidance route. The read out stored route information having a same or similar traffic condition as a current traffic condition. The apparatus and method output the required time to travel the stored route from the read route information.
