    摘要: A high priority service sending method and device in a direct mode, and a high priority service receiving method and device in a direct mode. The receiving method includes: after sending a voice frame in a voice call sending state, a user terminal receiving and detecting a priority frame in another time slot with respect to the time slot occupied by the voice call; and if the priority frame is detected, then stopping the voice call and receiving a high priority service frame in the other time slot. Using the present invention can enable an interphone in a transmitting state in a direct mode to send or receive a high priority service as well.

Disclosed herein are novel expression systems and components thereof, which involve the development of CymR variants with reverse DNA binding activity, such that they exhibit increased affinity for DNA in a presence rather than an absence of an effector molecule such as cumene or an equivalent thereof. Also disclosed are the CymR variants, fusion proteins incorporating such variants, and their use in the control and expression of polynucleotides.

    摘要: A technique for enabling a client to access the resources of different servers without having specific knowledge of which server has which resources. The client generates multiple copies of a request that identifies an operation to be performed, such as a copy type operation. The client sends a copy of the request to each server. The server determines whether the operation requires access to the server's associated data storage resource. If it does, the server accesses the resource to perform the operation, and sends a corresponding response to the client. Different servers can work on different operations specified in a request. The client receives and merges the responses from the servers. During a failure of one cluster in a multi-cluster system, the surviving cluster can process a request using the resources owned by the failed cluster.
