    摘要： Logic output data of a plurality of channels simultaneously obtained from a circuit under test are sequentially input in a memory, and after inputting a predetermined amount of such data, they are compared with corresponding expected values. The input data are divided into blocks, each including a plurality of data. Whether a mismatch is present in the comparison results for each block is indicated by a respective block element, and such block elements are displayed in a predetermined arrangement. It is also possible to provide a conventional list display including the input timing corresponding to the comparison results in which a mismatch is present.

On the bobbin plate 42, a primary terminal 70 connecting to the primary coil 20 and a secondary terminal 72 connecting to the secondary coil 30 are formed, and a tip end portion 55a of case 50 is extended to the end portion of the bobbin plate 42 to which the secondary terminal 72 is formed. Further, on the tip end portion 55a, plural first grooves 57a for lead are formed.

The housing has a rear wall formed with a terminal insertion through-hole extending through a thickness of the rear wall, and a latch section insertion through-hole positioned beside the terminal insertion through-hole. The latch section insertion through-hole has an engaged portion positioned within the thickness of the rear wall.
