A communications apparatus includes a generation unit for generating a transmission message sent to a different communications apparatus and effective for only one transmission, a first communications units for communicating with the different communications apparatus using Near Field Communication, a second communications unit for communicating with the different communications apparatus via a predetermined communication channel, and a control unit for controlling the communication functions. The second communications unit transmits the transmission message generated by the generation unit and receives a different transmission message transmitted from the different communications apparatus via the predetermined communication channel. The first communications unit receives a message transmitted from the different communications apparatus and transmits the different transmission message to the different communications apparatus using Near Field Communication. The control unit determines whether the message received by the first communications unit is equal to the transmission message transmitted by the second communications unit.

摘要： The present invention relates to a communication system and communication method which enable various types of near field communication, and a data processing apparatus. NFC communication apparatuses 1 to 3 have two features in that each can perform communication in two communication modes and that each can perform data transmission at a plurality of transfer rates. The two communication modes consist of a passive mode and an active mode. In the passive mode, between the NFC communication apparatuses 1 and 2, for example, the NFC communication apparatus 1 transmits data to the NFC communication apparatus 2 by modulating electromagnetic waves generated by itself, while the NFC communication apparatus 2 transmits data to the NFC communication apparatus 1 by performing load modulation on the electromagnetic waves generated by the NFC communication apparatus 1. Alternatively, in the active mode, either of the NFC communication apparatuses 1 and 2 transmits data by modulating electromagnetic waves generated by itself. The present invention can be applied to, for example, an IC card system, etc.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to prevent a start-up locked state from being released by a third party other than a rightful driver. After a movable body 31 has been set in a state of halted operations (a start-up locked state) by a start-up lock setting unit 830, a rightful driver must contact a manager on a terminal device 11 side when this driver forgets a password or hands over to another driver. Having received contact, the manager transmits a start-up lock release command from the terminal 11 side to the movable body 31 via communication units 1 (see FIG. 1), whereby the state of halted operations (start-up locked state) in the movable body 31 is released.

Communication devices 1 and 3 determine whether or not an electromagnetic wave at the level of a magnetic-flux density TH1 or more for determining the suppression of the output of carrier. A communication device 2 needs the electromagnetic wave at the level of a magnetic-flux density TH2 or more of the carrier at an operating limit, which is higher than the magnetic-flux density TH1 for determining suppression of the output of carrier so as to obtain data via the electromagnetic wave. The present invention is applied to, e.g., an IC (Integrated Circuit) card system.
