    摘要: With a system and a method of providing information on a working machine, it is allowed to promptly handle a failure that has not been initially predicted by its designer. Failure occurrence information is transmitted from the working machine 1 side to the communication server 12 (S201). The communication server 12 transfers the failure occurrence information to the maintenance server 14 (S202). The maintenance server 14 additionally records the failure occurrence information to the database. The server 14 computes to obtain predetermined statistical information based on the design failure information, the production failure information, the information related to the treatment examples carried out at the work sites, and the failure occurrence information additionally recorded. The server 14 transmits the obtained statistical information to the communication server 12 (S203). The communication server 12 transmits the statistical information to the working machine 1 (S204). In the working machine 1 side, the statistical information is correlated with the failure occurrence information and recorded in the storage device 111. The statistical information is displayed on the display 142.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to prevent a start-up locked state from being released by a third party other than a rightful driver. After a movable body 31 has been set in a state of halted operations (a start-up locked state) by a start-up lock setting unit 830, a rightful driver must contact a manager on a terminal device 11 side when this driver forgets a password or hands over to another driver. Having received contact, the manager transmits a start-up lock release command from the terminal 11 side to the movable body 31 via communication units 1 (see FIG. 1), whereby the state of halted operations (start-up locked state) in the movable body 31 is released.

The stored contents in storage means is updated each time operation of input for requesting information from a mobile is made through the terminal and the mobile acquires new mobile information. The updated stored contents is transmitted to the terminal being the requester when the terminal requests the updated stored contents.

    摘要: Magnetic field producers are disposed either at the leading portion of an underground excavator or at a reference position in front of the underground excavator. The magnetic field producers can be constituted by a plurality of rectangular loops disposed to run parallel to one another and to overlap one another. The rectangular loops can be individually excited sequentially or they can be simultaneously excited at different frequencies. The magnetic field produced by a magnetic field producer can be detected by a first magnetic field detector and by a second magnetic field detector disposed to the rear of the first magnetic field detector so that the inclination angle of the underground excavator can be obtained from the difference between the positions of the two detectors. A loop of a magnetic field producing cable can be covered by a non-magnetic metal member so that wear and disconnection are prevented. A double loop structure can be employed so that measurement can be performed even if one of the loops is disconnected.

    摘要: The fuel nature discriminating system of the present invention discriminates whether or not a fuel fed to a working machine is the normal one, and performs appropriate control operation by analyzing the result of discrimination. The fuel fed from a fuel supply nozzle flows into a fuel tank through a fuel catching portion. Fuel nature detecting means measures the nature of the fed fuel at a predetermined timing (or at the time of refueling). Measured data generating means generates measured data on the basis of the measurement result and also the remaining amount of fuel and the environmental temperature. And, in accordance with the result of analysis of the measured data, a measured data analyzing means executes restriction of the engine output, issues a warning to the user, and alteration of an evaluation of the user.

    摘要: An apparatus for detecting a property of fuel detects the property of fuel at the time of fuel supply. A measuring chamber member is provided to a fuel tank. The greater portion of fuel supplied from a fuel supply nozzle falls down from a fuel supply aperture via a flow outlet into the fuel tank. However, a part of the fuel remains in a measuring space defined between a portion below the flow outlet and a bottom portion. A fuel property detection sensor is fitted to a main body so as to oppose the measuring space. When application of a cap to the fuel supply aperture has been detected by a fuel supply cap sensor, if increase of the remaining fuel amount has been detected by a remaining fuel amount sensor, or if the engine is started, a controller measures the property of the fuel with the fuel property detection sensor.

A lock setting device 140 is provided to the working machine. The user is able to perform lock setting and release by local actuation using the user password. A maintenance person is able to perform lock setting and release by local actuation using the one-time password. And lock setting and release can also be performed by remote actuation via a satellite communication network. It is possible to perform lock setting and release by selecting the appropriate method for each individual scenario.

    摘要: With respect to correcting of a forward movement course of the underground excavator, the control apparatus is so constructed that a positional deviation of the pilot head (20) relative to an excavation planned value is obtained on the basis of detecting of the existent position assumed by the pilot head (20) and the excavation angle correcting means (S1, S2, 21, 23, 41, 71, 72, 73, 80) is provided for automatically correcting an excavating angle of the excavating head (10) on the basis of the positional deviation so as to allow controlling to be achieved automatically. With respect to controlling of start and stop of excavating operation to be performed by the underground excavator, an arrangement is made such that controlling is semiautomatically achieved using the commanding means (74) disposed in the start pit (SH) to issue commands indicative of start and stop of propelling operation of the propelling jack (40) in response to proper manual handling performed by an operator (M) staying on the bottom of the start pit (SH).
