Abstract:
A method is provided for determining an access based on policy. A user equipment (UE) receives a plurality of policies including a wireless local area network (WLAN) selection rule from a plurality of access network discovery and selection functions (ANDSFs) at a plurality of public land mobile networks (PLMNs). The UE receives specific information from at least one PLMN of the plurality of PLMNs. The UE selects a policy among the plurality of policies based on the specific information if there is no user configuration The selected policy is used to select a WLAN access. The plurality of PLMNs include a home PLMN (H-PLMN) and a visited PLMN (V-PLMN).
Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for transmitting/receiving a signal related to network-based IP flow mobility (NBIFOM) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: a terminal receiving a routing rule from a network, in network initiated mode in which the terminal cannot generate the routing rule; transmitting a rejection of the routing rule to the network; and transmitting, to the network, information indicating the availability of an access type included in the routing rule, when the access type included in the routing rule becomes available.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a device by which a UE configures a per access point name aggregate maximum bit rate (APN-AMBR) in a wireless communication system supporting coordinated selected IP traffic offload (CSIPTO). Particularly, the method comprises the steps of: configuring a plurality of PDN connections associated with different packet data network-gateways (P-GWs) for the same APN; respectively calculating APN-AMBRs of the plurality of PDN connections on the basis of the number of non-guaranteed bit rate (non-GBR) bearers for each of the plurality of PDN connections; and applying the APN-AMBRs to the respective, corresponding PDN connections.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and apparatus for monitoring User Equipment (UE) reachability in a wireless communication system. More specifically, a method for monitoring UE reachability in a wireless communication system comprises receiving, by a Mobile Management Entity (MME), a message for monitoring the UE reachability including UE reachability related indication from a Home Subscriber Server (HSS); and allocating, by the MME, an Active Time to a UE, wherein the UE reachability related indication is used for setting the Active Time of the UE and wherein the UE reachability indication is used for the UE to stay reachable so that downlink data that a server wants to transmit to the UE can be transmitted to the UE.
Abstract:
A suction unit includes a suction motor for generating air flow; a noise reduction unit which surrounds the suction motor and acts as a resonator in order to reduce noise generated during the operation of the suction motor; and a motor chamber which surrounds the noise reduction unit. The noise reduction unit includes an air flow path which provide a path of air flowing by the suction motor, a noise reduction chamber for eliminating the noise of at least one frequency band, and at least one communicating hole which causes sound wave of the noise to enter the noise reduction chamber. The air flow path is divided from the noise reduction chamber and thus the sound wave of the noise enters the noise reduction chamber through the communicating hole during a process in which air passes through the air flow path.
Abstract:
A disclosure of the present specification provides a network access blocking method performed by a user equipment. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving application specific congestion control for data communication (ACDC) blocking information and access class barring (ACB) blocking information; determining the category of an application being executed according to a network access attempt by the application; performing an ACDC blocking check on the basis of the determined category and the received ACDC blocking information. Here, when the network access attempt by the application is not blocked as a result of the ACDC blocking check, an ACB blocking check on the basis of the ACB blocking information may be skipped.
Abstract:
A disclosure of the present specification provides a method of blocking network access in user equipment (UE). The method may include the steps of: receiving application attribute related information at a home public land mobile network (HPLMN); receiving application specific congestion control for data communication (ACDC) blocking information at the HPLMN or a visited PLMN (VPLMN); determining the category of an application being executed based on the application attribute related information when there is information on the application being executed in the application attribute related information; and performing an ACDC blocking check based on matched ACDC blocking information when the ACDC blocking information is matched with the determined category from among the ACDC blocking information.
Abstract:
A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for executing a service request procedure from a user equipment (UE). The method may comprise the steps of: receiving skip information for an access class barring (ACB) inspection; if a service request procedure must be executed for any one from among a multimedia telephony (MMTEL) service and a short message service (SMS), then confirming the skip information; and, if the skip information is configured to indicate that the ACB inspection should be skipped for any one from among the MMTEL service and SMS, then transmitting a radio resource control (RRC) connection request message for the service request procedure.
Abstract:
A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for executing a service request procedure from a user equipment (UE). The method may comprise the steps of: a lower layer of a UE blocking access of an originating call due to access class barring (ACB); an NAS layer of the UE receiving a start indication from an upper layer due to a request for uplink data; and, if the lower layer has indicated that access was blocked for the originating call but the NAS layer has received the start indication, then the NAS layer commencing the service request procedure.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more particularly, to a paging method and apparatus for an IMS service. A method which supports paging to provide an internet protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS) service to a terminal in a network node in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention may include the steps of: receiving downlink data forwarded to the terminal; when there is a determination to apply differentiated paging to the downlink data, adding information indicating that the differentiated paging is applied, to a message including the downlink data; and transmitting the message including information indicating that the differentiated paging is applied, to another network node.
