    Abstract: An uplink transmission is carried out adequately even when CA is executed by employing different duplex modes between multiple cells. A user terminal communicates with an FDD cell and a TDD cell that employ carrier aggregation, receives DL signals transmitted from each cell, detects the DL signals received, makes retransmission control decisions, and allocates and feeds back delivery acknowledgement signals in response to each DL signal in a predetermined UL subframe. When aggregating and allocating delivery acknowledgement signals for the DL signal of each cell in an uplink control channel in a UL subframe of the TDD cell, a feedback mechanism makes it possible to allocate the delivery acknowledgement signals to all DL subframes of the FDD cell, and DL signals are detected assuming the number of DL subframes of the FDD cell to be allocated to a UL subframe of the TDD cell does not exceed predetermined value.

    Abstract: A user terminal is disclosed, where a band to use is limited to a partial narrow band in a system band. The user terminal includes a transmitter that transmits and/or a receiver that receives a signal, and a controller that controls repetitious reception and/or repetitious transmission of a control channel in a random access procedure based on a coverage enhancement level for a random access channel.     Abstract: The present invention is designed so that transmission power is controlled adequately even when communication is performed using a plurality of transmission time intervals (TTIs) of varying lengths. According to one aspect of the present invention, a user terminal has a transmission section that transmits signals using a plurality of transmission time intervals (TTIs) of varying lengths, and a control section that controls the transmission power of a first signal that is transmitted in a first TTI, and the transmission power of a second signal that is transmitted in a second TTI having a shorter TTI duration than the first TTI, and, when the total transmission power of the first signal and the second signal that are transmitted in an overlapping manner exceeds the maximum transmission power, the control section exerts control so that transmission power is preferentially allocated to one of the first signal and the second signal.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for detecting radio link failure (RLF) and user equipment (UE). The UE is configured with multiples pairs of beams, each pair of beams comprising a transmitting beam used by a base station (BS) to transmit a signal and a corresponding receiving beam used by the UE to receive the signal. The method includes: in a lower layer, measuring the quality of a reference signal received through a receiving beam in each pair of beams and transmitted by a BS using a transmitting beam corresponding to the receiving beam, to serve as the channel quality for the multiple transmitting beams included in the multiple pairs of beams; determining whether the channel quality for the multiple transmitting beams meets a first condition; if so, transmitting to an upper layer an Out-Of-Sync (OOS) indication information, such that the upper layer determines if, according to the OOS indication information, RLF has occurred. As such, the present invention enables detection of RLF in a multi-beam scenario.
