摘要: A substrate processing apparatus that performs processing by immersing a substrate into a processing liquid obtained by mixing phosphoric acid with a diluent includes a concentration sensing means for sensing the concentration of the processing liquid by measuring the absorbance characteristics of the processing liquid. The concentration sensing means includes a light-transmitting section that introduces the processing liquid into the inside to let the processing liquid pass therethrough, a light-emitting section that radiates light having a predetermined wavelength to the light-transmitting section, a light-receiving section that receives the light therefrom via the light-transmitting section, a first lens that condenses the light emitted from the light-emitting section to the light-transmitting section, a second lens that condenses the light that has passed through the light-transmitting section to the light-receiving section, and a cooling mechanism that cools at least one of these.

摘要: When data in one semiconductor memory device is corrupted during a padding process by a padding unit and the data cannot be recovered even by using an error correcting code for correcting a data error, a storage control device issues a data recovery request to a data recovery device. The data recovery device reads the data from other semiconductor memory device in response to the data recovery request to recover the data, and returns a recovery result to the padding unit in the storage control device to perform the padding process.

摘要: A refrigerating cycle unit includes an ejector and a heat exchanger defined by layering a plurality of plates. Each of the plates has a refrigerant passage, and the refrigerant passages are connected by a header tank in a layering direction of the plates. At least two of the plates are fix plates having a fix portion to fix the ejector, and a communication portion through which the ejector and the header tank communicate with each other. The ejector is arranged between the fix portions of the fix plates in the layering direction, so as to be integrated with the heat exchanger.

摘要: A heat exchanger includes a heat exchanging section for performing heat exchange between a refrigerant and a cooling medium and a passage section. The passage section includes a first passage and a second passage for supplying the refrigerant to the heat exchanging section and a supply passage for supplying the refrigerant to the first passage and the second passage. The first passage and the second passage define a first opening portion and a second opening portion opening at an end of the supply passage. A minimum distance between an opening edge of the first opening portion and an inner surface of the supply passage is equal to a minimum distance between an opening edge of the second opening portion and the inner surface of the supply passage.

摘要: An automatic gain control circuit able to perform high speed and correct level acquisition, able to prevent occurrence of error, and able to prevent a crash of the system. An amplification gain controller outputs a gain control signal to an automatic gain control amplifier to amplify the received signal with maximum value when receiving a burst detection trigger signal. A second gain control signal based on the detected reception signal power is calculated when receiving a first burst synchronization detection signal; and this second gain control signal is output to the automatic gain control amplifier. A received digital signal is amplified with the second gain and integrated to find the reception signal power, from which a third gain control signal is calculated and outputted to the automatic gain control amplifier to amplify the received signal with this third gain.
