    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for group formation and sounding for distributed multi-user multiple input multiple output (MU-MIMO). Some implementations include a method of wireless communication. The method includes a sounding preparation phase that includes transmitting, to the plurality of access points, a first frame inviting the plurality of access points to perform a beamformed distributed transmission from the plurality of access points to a group of stations; receiving a second frame from at least one of the plurality of access points based on transmitting the first frame, the second frame including at least one identifier of at least one station in a different basic service set than a basic service set of the first access point; and identifying the group of stations based on the at least one identifier included in the second frame.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for implementing full-duplex communications at an access point (AP) without configuring or modifying associated stations (STAs) to operate as full duplex devices. In some implementations, the AP may select at least one of one or more first STAs to transmit uplink (UL) data to the AP, determine a downlink (DL) signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) for each of one or more second STAs, select at least one of the one or more second STAs to pair with the selected at least one first STA for concurrent DL and UL communications with the AP based at least in part on the determined SINRs, and transmit DL data to the selected at least one second STA concurrently with receiving at least a portion of the UL data from the selected at least one first STA.

    Abstract: Example methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable mediums for wireless communication are provided. In one example, an apparatus may be configured to determine a first interval between a first page transmission time and a second page transmission time. A third page transmission time may exist between the first page transmission time and the second page transmission time. The apparatus may be configured to enter a first state during which the first device is monitoring for a page transmission from a second device based on the first interval for a first state time period. The apparatus may be configured to enter, from the first state in response to a trigger event, a second state during which the first device is disabled from monitoring for a page transmission from the second device.
