Abstract: A configuration to adjust expiration of a PDCP reorder timer based on scheduler variations in dual connectivity. The apparatus receives, from a base station, a plurality of data packets. The plurality of data packets received from a first path and a second path. The apparatus detects at least one packet of the plurality of data packets at a PDCP is dropped based on an OOW. The apparatus determines a scheduling gap between the first path and the second path. The apparatus determines a timing relationship between the UE, the first path, and the second path. The apparatus determines consecutive sequence numbers associated with packets corresponding to the frame numbering sequence of the first path and the frame numbering sequence of the second path and a respective associated time. The apparatus adjusts a reorder timer based on the scheduling gap between the first path and the second path.

Abstract: Some aspects of the present disclosure disclose methods and systems for managing transmission control protocol (TCP) acknowledgements (ACK) transmissions from a host or application processor to a modem of a user equipment. The UE may detect availability of buffer space in a memory buffer of a modem of the UE. Further, the UE may also detect that a host processor of the UE lacks credit sufficient for transmitting data from the host processor to the modem. The UE may then generate and transmit to the host processor a data flow control (DFC) command including credit sufficient for the host processor to transmit at least a portion of the data to the modem. In some instances, in response to the transmission of the DFC command, the at least the portion of the data may be received at the modem from the host processor.

The UE may configure a set of parameters associated with transfer of packets for the at least one traffic flow between a lower layer of the UE and a higher layer of the UE based on the one or more radio conditions. The UE may communicate a first set of packets with the network for the at least one traffic flow based on the set of parameters.

The UE may synchronize an RLC AM reception window of the UE with the RLC AM transmission window based at least in part on determining the adjustment of the RLC AM transmission window of the base station. The RLC AM reception window may be associated with reassembly of RLC packets associated with the MRB. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure describe transmitting data in wireless communications. A set of packets for transmission in a defined sequence can be received where the set of packets includes two or more packets. It can be detected that a packet, of the set of packets, is a prioritized packet type. The packet can be prioritized for transmission ahead of its order in the defined sequence based on the detection of the prioritized packet type. The packet can be transmitted ahead of its order in the defined sequence to an access point.
