摘要: In a self-propelled working vehicle having a speed change mechanism wherein a plurality of change gears journaled on a shaft are coupled one at a time by key means disposed within and shiftable along the shaft, fluid-actuated clutch is provided for interrupting input of power to the speed change mechanism before shifting operations. For protecting gear-engaging clutch portion of the key means for damage, fluid pressure applied to the clutch from a disengaged condition thereof is increased gradually by a relief valve including a pressure-modulating control piston. For disengaging the clutch before shifting operations, an unloader valve is provided which is actuated by moving a speed change lever along a direction other than the key-shifting direction.Relief valve means also acting as an unloader valve for disengaging the clutch is disclosed. Differential-locking clutch is also disclosed which is operated by fluid for actuating the clutch in the transmission path.

摘要: A hydraulic driving vehicle comprises front and rear transaxles incorporating respective hydraulic motors, and a pump unit separated from the front and rear transaxles. The pump unit incorporates a hydraulic pump having a pump shaft. A hydraulic circuit is formed by piping between the pump unit and the front and rear transaxles so as to circulate hydraulic fluid between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motors. A reservoir tank of the hydraulic fluid is connected to the hydraulic circuit by piping. A first cooling fan blowing air away from the pump unit and a second cooling fan blowing air toward the pump unit are disposed oppositely to each other with respect to the pump unit and drivingly connected to the pump shaft. At least a pipe for the piping of the hydraulic circuit and the reservoir tank passes an area blown by each of the first and second cooling fans.

摘要: A hydrostatic stepless transmission comprises a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor, at least one of the hydraulic pump and motor being variable in displacement; a closed circuit for fluidly connecting the hydraulic pump and motor to each other therethrough, the closed circuit including a pair of oil passages between the hydraulic pump and motor, one of the oil passages being hydraulically higher-pressured and the other being hydraulically depressed when the hydraulic pump delivers oil to the hydraulic motor; a speed change operation device for changing output rotational speed of the hydraulic motor; and a leak valve connected to the speed change operation device. The leak valve is connected to the closed circuit so that, when the speed change operation device is suddenly operated, the leak valve allows oil to leak from the higher-pressured oil passage to an area hydraulically pressured lower than the higher-pressured oil passage, such as the depressed oil passage in the closed circuit or an oil sump out of the closed circuit, and then stops leaking oil when operation of the speed change operation device is stopped.

Each of the gear train units includes a sun gear fixed on each of the axles, a holder relatively rotatably provided on each of the axles, and a planetary gear supported by the holder to mesh with the sun gear. The holders of the pair of gear train units are symmetrical with respect to a surface perpendicular to the pair of axles and joined to each other through the surface, and integrally fitted together in the bull common gear.

摘要: A hydrostatic transmission including a closed fluid circuit is contained together with a deceleration gear mechanism in a housing filled with fluid so as to serve as a fluid sump. The hydrostatic transmission includes a check valve assembly in connection with the closed fluid circuit. The check valve assembly includes a vertically movable valve member, a valve seat, and a draining operation member being movable perpendicularly to the movement of the valve member. The check valve assembly has three functions. A first function of the check valve assembly is to lower the valve member by the gravity and hydraulic pressure in the closed fluid circuit so as to fit the valve member on the valve seat, thereby sealing the closed fluid circuit. A second function of the check valve assembly is to raise the valve member apart from the valve seat because the hydraulic pressure in the closed fluid circuit becomes lower than pressure in the fluid sump, thereby supplying fluid from the fluid sump to the closed fluid circuit. A third function of the check valve assembly is to raise the valve member apart from the valve seat by movement of the draining operation member, thereby draining fluid from the closed fluid circuit to the fluid sump.

摘要: A hydrostatic transmission (HST) including a hydraulic pump is contained in a housing having upper and lower housings. An input shaft of the hydraulic pump projects outward from the upper housing. A cooling fan is provided on an upper end of the input shaft. A conduit is disposed within an area between the fan and the upper housing. The conduit extends between first and second couplings and is in communication with an oil sump formed in the housing. A pumping device, which rotates with the input shaft, is disposed within the second coupling for forcedly circulating oil between the conduit and the sump. Alternatively, a reservoir is disposed on an outer wall of the housing forming a second oil sump. A level of oil in the second oil sump is lower than a level of oil in the oil sump formed in the housing. The second oil sump communicates with the atmosphere whereas the oil sump formed in the housing is separated from the atmosphere. A siphon communicates both sumps with each other. The driving apparatus may incorporate either the conduit, the reservoir, or both the conduit and the reservoir.

摘要: A differential locking system of an axle driving apparatus wherein left and right axles are rotatably supported within a housing consisting of an upper half housing and a lower half housing. The inner ends of the axles are facing each other and are rotatably inserted within a differential input gear. An engaged plate member is disposed at the right of the differential input gear. Engaged recesses of the differential input gear and engaged recesses of the engaged plate member are connected with each other. A pair of differential pinions are pivoted within the differential input gear, perpendicular to the axles. Both sides of each differential pinion are engaged with differential side gears fixed around the right and left axles, respectively. Pin passing holes are bored in the right differential side gear. A thrust collar is disposed on the right axle outside of the right differential side gear. A shifter fixing the differential locking pins is axially slidably disposed around the thrust collar. The differential locking pins pass through the corresponding pin passing holes and can be inserted into and removed from engaged recesses of the differential input gear and the engaged plate member. A shift fork holds the shifter horizontally and rotatably engages at the upper end thereof with an upper half housing and at the lower end thereof with a lower half housing. A differential locking arm is attached to the bottom surface of the lower half housing so as to rotate the shift fork.
