摘要: The present invention relates to the intermediate compounds for preparation of agomelatine, as well as the preparation methods thereof The intermediate of the present invention for preparation of agomelatine is compound A as shown in the following formula. Also provided are two novel intermediate compounds. When we use these new intermediate compounds to prepare agomelatine, it is simple to manipulate, well-controlled and with high purity, without complicated operations such as rectification and column chromatography separation, and suitable for industrial production. Meanwhile, the preparation methods of the two new intermediates themselves is simple and high yield, only using the most commonly-used 7-methoxy-tetralone as original starting material and undergoing one step of reaction to obtain the intermediates, followed by one more step of converting the intermediate compounds to desired product agomelatine. Said reaction processes are greatly simplified, with the reaction yield being improved and the difficulty in purification of previous method being overcome, as compare with the previous technique for preparation of agomelatine. Typically, the yield of the present invention is over 70%.

摘要: Systems and methods of identifying ad elements of web pages via a computer network are provided. A script configured to identify an ad slot on a web page can be obtained by at least one data processing system having an ad slot evaluation module. The script can be executed to obtain advertisement parameters of the ad slot and web page parameters of the ad slot and generate a unique identifier of the ad slot. The generated unique identifier is associated with a URL identifier of the web page. The data processing system evaluates at least one database to determine one of a presence and an absence of the historical ad slot data. The data processing system provides content for display in the ad slot of the web page based at least in part on a result of the evaluation of the database.

摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer-readable storage medium, and including a method for predicting visibility of web pages. The method comprises identifying web pages that include slots for presenting content. The method further comprises, for each slot, creating a fingerprint based on a URL associated with the page and structural information associated with the slot's location on the page, determining a likelihood of the slot being visible when the web page is initially presented, the likelihood in the form of a predictive model, and saving the fingerprint and predictive model in a data structure. The method further comprises receiving a request for content from a web page, creating fingerprints associated with the web page, and comparing the fingerprints to fingerprints in the data structure. When a matching fingerprint is located, prediction data is used that is associated with a matching fingerprint for the web page.

摘要: Techniques for updating configuration of an Optical Network Unit (ONU) in an Ethernet Passive Optical Network (EPON) include receiving a notification that an updated configuration file is available for the ONU, obtaining the updated configuration file, performing a first validation of the updated configuration file for structural errors, determining changes between a current configuration of the ONU and the updated configuration file to identify ONU resources to implement to the changes, performing a second validation about whether the ONU resources to implement the changes are available or not at the ONU and applying the changes to the ONU when it is determined that the ONU resources to implement the changes are available at the ONU.

摘要: An apparatus includes a bracket, a pushing member having a pushing surface, a magazine member to fitting about a plurality of clamping rings, a sending member, a fixing member fixed to the bracket and a resisting member fixed to the fixing member. The fixing member defines a positioning hole for fixing the magazine member, with the clamping rings freely sliding through the positioning hole. The sending member includes two guiding rods fixed to the fixing member, two elastic elements fitting about the corresponding guiding rods, and a moving board slidably mounted to the guiding rods. The elasticity of the elastic elements urges the moving board to drive one of the plurality of clamping rings to resist against the resisting member. When the pushing member is moved towards the fixing member, the pushing surface pushes the one clamping ring to clamp a shaft of a connecting piece.
